Product Returns:

Please contact our returns department on 0844 414 2990 to arrange the issue of a returns number (RN) Please note that items returned without a valid RN will be returned to sender unopened.

Delivery Charges:

For UK mainland our standard next day delivery service is charged from £12 + Vat on the first 20Kg and 0.25p per each additional Kg. We can also offer outside UK, Saturday and various special delivery terms for which carriage charges will be quoted upon request.
