Situated in one of the fi nest locations in Inverclyde, Kincaid House offers excellent standards of personalised nursing and dementia care for elderly people. Our modern care home is designed to take advantage of the views of the river Clyde and the mountains beyond as well as providing a homely atmosphere for residents and visiting families and friends.

We offer a range of en-suite bedrooms, fully furnished to exceptionally high standards, set across three individual fl oors, with access to a range of small living spaces, dining areas, activity rooms and attractive landscaped gardens.

The home aims to promote community living. It allows people to maintain their hobbies and socialise, or enjoy private time alone, helping them to retain their individuality. Our Recreational Therapists organise a wide range of events in and out of the home tailored to residents’ needs.

As Care Home Manager, I am committed to developing a relaxed and happy home where people enjoy living and working. Our team of well-trained staff always strive to provide the best possible care. Together, we work in partnership with residents, and their families, to create care plans which value what is important to people.

With many years’ experience I am committed to continuous improvement within care and I am proud to be a qualifi ed dementia champion. The home has formerly been recognised by the Scottish Care Awards for its Dementia Service.

We’re also proud of our wide range of nutritious and healthy food. Meallmore chefs are dedicated to making mealtimes enjoyable and catering for every resident, whatever their dietary needs or personal tastes. A choice of meals and snacks are always available.
