Kimberly A Matadial has a Rich Career in the Healthcare Industry

Kimberly A Matadial is a New York based well-versed professional in the healthcare industry.

She has good understanding of medical office management, and has worked with a number of healthcare facilities across the country.

Kimberly holds a master degree in Health Administration from the Hofstra University.

Prior to this, she attended the State University of New York for Bachelor of Science in Health and Society, which she completed in May 2011.

She is working with Mount Sinai Hospital of Queens at present. Serving as a Unit Ward Clerk, she is responsible for customer service, order entry/retrieval of patient data via computer, and processing of admission and discharge charts.

In addition, she also maintains census information and the integrity of patients’ medical records, schedules tests and medical procedures.

Kimberly A Matadial worked with the US Department of Veterans Affairs as a Business Office/Health Administration Student Intern from September 2014 to December 2014.

She provided customer service and coordination of compensation and pension disability benefit exam requests. In addition, she was also involved in appointment scheduling and maintenance/contract referrals.

From 2004 to 2005, she worked with Duane Reade Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Clerk. At this pharmacy store, she performed an array of duties including customer service, payment transactions, drug information to the patients, keeping patient records, and establishing and maintaining patient profiles.

She also has experience in performing leadership roles. Kimberly A Matadial worked as an Intern at Northport VAMC – Environment of Care Committee, where she provided assistance in conducting mock environmental surveys to ensure Joint Commission standard.

While serving as an Assistant Coordinator of Community Outreach at Charles B. Wang Community Health Center, she planned and coordinated community outreach screening health fair for more than 200 people.
