Responsibilities include guidance for and assessment of the patient case, disease state-based competencies and special projects required for completion of the degree.

Led business through two system conversion and one acquisition.

Developed and redesigned workflow processes and leveraged available technology to increase staff productivity, create additional capacity to accommodate new business, deliver a high-level of patient service and elevate relationships with internal and external business partners.

Responsible for cleanroom compliance with 797 guidelines and pharmacy compliance with the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy.

Responsible for hiring and developing staff to include five pharmacy technicians, six pharmacists, nine nurses, five respiratory therapists, three dieticians, six operations staff, six drivers, and two warehouse staff.

Responsible for leading the branch through ACHC the accreditation process for the pharmacy, respiratory, and enteral departments.

Created and delivered clinical in-services to the pharmacy staff.

Created a patient-centered model in the branch focusing on the whole patient by organizing patient-care teams consisting of pharmacy, nursing, respiratory therapy, and nutrition.

Reviewed and implemented changes in branch processes in order to increase efficiencies and reduce error rates.
