Along with my attached resume I will prove to you why I am a strong candidate for the position, and a great new addition to your team. I have been working in the Industry for 11 years with 2 years off to have my sons. Our current economical state, and the difficulty to find full time permanent work had at times made me question my decision to become an Architectural Technologist. When asked about a Plan B, I come up blank. This has been my passion since I was 12 years old watching my parents build our very first new house on the farm. I remember being out in the middle of a field with bailers twine and 5 gallon pails laying out our home. I still feel that desire and interest to build (draft) beautiful homes, just this time for someone else’s family. I was raised with the mantra that you can only play as hard as you work. Through my career I have been able to advance through demonstrated initiative and the ability to work effectively under pressure. I am a positive, glass half full kind of person who thrives to hits goals and targets. I am determined to succeed at anything I do, even if it means some extra sweat and tears. My Dad always told me nothing good comes easy, and I believe him I am excited for the chance to sit down and discuss my experience, and how I can contribute to the team.
