The best remedy to kill boredom is to break the routine.
Do something different today!
Change your work style. Walk around a bit and observe.
Monotony can lead to a lot of negative thinking/ acts.

presentations . Do something constructive!
Take 10-10 mins break depending on the need, go for a walk, breathe fresh air, say hello
to people, strike a conversation with your colleagues.
However, refrain yourself from gossiping.
Talk about anything apart from work.
If you cannot move from your place, just listen to music. Music has the right ingredients to
make each moment lively.
This is the best and most productive way of killing boredom. Set daily targets for yourself.
