The laser talks with the receiver - the receiver communicates with the screwdriver - the screwdriver executes the order received by raising or lowering the mechanical suspension part of the false ceiling automatically.

The screwdriver stops automatically, without operator intervention, at the precise moment when the receiver detects the achievement of the desired height set with the laser.

The hanger has been designed with the use in pairs / synergies of M6 threaded screws with hexagonal head and M6 threaded rods that slide through a double threaded fitting that acts as a levelling regulator.

The mechanical, structural and sliding properties of the threaded bars allow considerable advantages to the whole patented A.L.S. both in terms of workability and load seals:

▶ Easy to slide between threaded components and the double slide adjuster.

▶ Extreme fluidity and precise levelling calibration, that only threaded components can guarantee and are able to reach.

▶ Very high ceiling sealing performance obtained thanks to the threading of the threaded bars combined with brass or steel M6 female anchors.

▶ Very high traction sealing performance at the base by the threaded bar on the different types of hooks designed and tested specifically by Akifix®.

▶ Further increase in the performance of Akifix® hook to the different types of structure thanks to the use of an optional anti-bulging accessory adapted to the profile (see picture 1).

▶ Considering the rigidity of a threaded bar and of the hexagonal head screws, there is the possibility of obtaining a rigid hanger on reduced lowering up to a maximum of 100-120 cm and semi-rigid hanger beyond this measurement, however much more efficient than the use of normal ø 4 mm hanger wires.

The mechanical suspension system A.L.S. on ceiling profiles 27/50 or 27/60 has obtained the extraordinary range of over 250 kg each hanging wiring!

Therefore, THE MECHANICAL SYSTEM GUARANTEES THE MAXIMUM HOLDING SAFETY so that the certified technical and performance characteristics go perfectly for use in public places such as kindergartens, schools, hospitals, business centers, shopping centers, cinemas, discos, hotels, airports. Also for very heavy special ceilings with multiple boards or fiber cement ones, extremely heavy fire-proof ceilings or acoustic performance ceilings.

The invention of A.L.S.™ - Magic Control™ starts from the need to reduce the installation times of false ceilings, maintaining a high degree of precision in calibrating them.The Akifix® patent consists of two parts: a purely mechanical one, which covers all the metal components that is the supporting substructure for the false ceiling, and an electronic one, which manages the idea of the automatism that regulates the communication between the laser signal receiver and the screwdriver that moves the hook, positioning it at the perfect height with the laser.In particular, the laser receiver includes an electronic module configured to incorporate that, in the event that the hook is above the beaten level, the screwdriver unscrews the system downwards, vice versa if the hook is been positioned lower than the desired height. Once the receiver reaches the level set by the laser, it will communicate with the screwdriver the information, which will autonomously stop and the operator can quickly move on to beat the level of the next hook. Following the excellent results obtained in height, Akifix® was able to model the characteristics of the A.L.S.™ - Magic Control™ self-levelling system even in alternative fields, such as floating floors, pipes or cable ducts, implementing the range of accessories ad hoc for such uses.▶ In the case of floating floors, the anchoring system has support brackets that rest on a substrate by means of respective feet to support sections of a frame for a floating floor at a certain distance from the substrate. The adjustment screw of each support bracket allows the distance of the profiles from the substrate to be adjusted.▶ In the case of pipes, for example water distribution in a residential or industrial building, the anchoring system includes support brackets to directly support the pipes at a certain distance from a constituted reference surface.▶ In the case of cable ducts, the anchoring system includes brackets to support sections of a raceway frame at a certain distance from a reference surface constituted, for example by the ceiling or floor, and for each support bracket a respective adjustment screw to control the distance of the profiles from the reference surface.

NB: in this construction system the levelling must take place BEFORE the insertion of the primary frame because, as in the picture 1, if the profile is fixed to the hook, the screwdriver and its joint will no longer be able to access the adjustment screw.

To obtain the drop of the measurement of interest, which guarantees the maximum precision of starting and then the levelling speed in reaching the desired height, it is necessary to choose the correct coupling of accessories in a preventive step: the correct hook for the structure to be installed and the correct length of the threaded bar to fix to the ceiling.

possible both in the case of a reduced range, if they are allowed for a tolerance of +/- 4 cm. In this way the operator will be able to finish levelling even faster by completely using

Safety clip that blocks the opening of the profile, allowing the entire system to be able to support a larger load. Clips can be applied individually in case of classic hooks, or twice in case of double hooks for a double frame structure.The shape of the clip, the opening radius of the wings and the internal little teeth prevent the profile enervation and to open at the moment of the loading stress. This allows the hook to exploit all its strength and the entire structure to support double loads compared to the classical solution adopted until now.

1.Osservazioni generaliOfferte, ordini e consegne sono sottoposte alle presenti condizioni generali di vendita. Il compratore vi è vincolato ai sensi dell’articolo 1341 C.C. Condizioni particolari in deroga non sono valide se non espressamente accettate per iscritto dalla direzione della Società venditrice Akifix S.p.A. unipersonale.

2. FornitureI prezzi e tutte le altre condizioni riportati sono valide per i materiali forniti e fatturati dalla Società Akifix S.p.A. unipersonale. La Venditrice si riserva la facoltà di apportare in qualsiasi momento, senza preavviso, modifiche ai prodotti, alle condizioni ed ai prezzi in funzione delle variazioni delle condizioni di mercato e dei costi (di produzione, di trasporto ecc...) o di qualsiasi altra causa. Non garantisce, inoltre, l’assoluta fedeltà dei colori e dell’estetica riprodotti in questo catalogo.

3. Offerte e prezzia) Le offerte sono indicative e non vincolanti e non comportano quindi alcun obbligo alla trasformazione in ordine.b) Le proposte d’ordine, devono essere trasmesse alla Società Venditrice direttamente via mail o fax o pec o tramite i funzionari di vendita/agenti della stessa. In tutti i casi la Società si riserva il diritto di accettarle o modificarle a propria discrezione, e solo un atto di conferma scritto della direzione della Società Venditrice stessa o l’esecuzione concreta dell’ordine possono essere considerati vincolanti. La trasmissione di una proposta d’ordine comporta comunque da parte dell’acquirente l’accettazione integrale delle condizioni generali di vendita.c) Saranno applicati i prezzi risultanti dai listini in vigore al momento delle singole consegne.

4. Condizioni di pagamentoa) Il pagamento delle forniture deve avvenire in contanti, ovvero nei termini indicati in fattura, direttamente al domicilio della Venditrice.b) Il ritardo nel pagamento delle fatture autorizza la Venditrice ad addebitare, senza pregiudizio di altre azioni, a partire dal giorno della scadenza indicata, gli interessi di mora ex D. Lgs. n. 231/02 ovvero, se superiore, l’interesse corrispondente al tasso bancario in vigore ed indicato in fattura, fatto salvo il diritto, o di ritenere risolto il rapporto o di annullare l’esecuzione e la spedizione dei residui ordini in corso, oppure di pretendere il pagamento anticipato delle restanti fatture, senza che il cliente possa avanzare pretese di indennizzi o altro.c) Si precisa che nessun’altra forma di pagamento, oltre a quella stabilita, sarà ritenuta valida dalla Venditrice.d) In caso di eventuale sconto per pagamento in contanti, esso sarà valido solamente nel caso di ricevimento, da parte della Venditrice, del saldo delle fatture entro e non oltre 8 gg. dall’emissione delle stesse e sarà applicato sull’importo della fornitura, ad eccezione del trasporto e dell’imballo. Oltrepassato tale limite il pagamento sarà considerato normale e lo sconto annullato e riaddebitato.e) Nel caso di ricezione di informazioni negative (es. protesti, atti esecutivi nei confronti del debitore ecc...) o di variazioni nello stato patrimoniale del cliente, la Venditrice è autorizzata a considerare tutti i pagamenti in essere come esigibili immediatamente, qualsiasi ne sia la scadenza originaria (art. 1186 C.C.), oppure a pretendere particolari garanzie sui pagamenti a venire.La Venditrice si riserva di non dar corso o sospendere l’esecuzione della fornitura in caso di mutamento delle condizioni suddette, ai sensi dell’art. 1461 C.C.. In questo caso il cliente non avrà alcun diritto per richieste di danni.

5. Spedizioni e consegneI termini di consegna devono sempre essere considerarti indicativi. La Venditrice comunque s’impegna ad effettuare le consegne entro il più breve termine possibile. La Venditrice non si assume, in ogni caso, alcuna responsabilità per danni derivanti da ritardi di consegna. Il quantitativo minimo per le consegne è in relazione al tipo di prodotto ed è stabilito direttamente con la Venditrice. La vendita si intende effettuata Franco Partenza (EXW - EX WORKS Incoterms 2010), salvo diversa condizione espressamente indicata per iscritto. La merce sarà tenuta a disposizione fino a 7 gg. dopo la data fissata per il ritiro. Trascorso tale termine la Venditrice potrà procedere alla consegna con trasportatore a sua discrezione, con rischio e spese di trasporto comunque a carico del cliente.

6. ImballoSalvo specifica pattuizione, il costo dell’imballo non è incluso nel prezzo di vendita. I prezzi dei prodotti confezionati includono il costo della confezione che, salvo diversa descrizione, si intende scatola di cartone oppure pacco raggettato o legato ecc. Il costo degli imballaggi speciali in termoretraibile o di altri verranno concordati di volta in volta. Per consegne con Europallet e pallet a perdere, gli stessi saranno addebitati in fattura, senza possibilità di restituzione.

7. Vizi e difformitàLa Venditrice garantisce che i propri prodotti sono conformi alle documentazioni tecniche e immuni da vizi che li rendono inidonei all’uso a cui sono destinati. Il cliente dichiara di conoscere tutte le caratteristiche tecniche dei prodotti acquistati, il loro corretto immagazzinaggio ed applicazione; pertanto solleva la Venditrice

da qualsiasi responsabilità causata dalla inosservanza delle norme suddette. Il cliente ha l’obbligo di verificare qualità e quantità della merce al momento della consegna, trascrivere nella bolla di consegna il vizio o gli ammanchi riscontrati e farlo sottoscrivere dall’autista o dall’autorità FS in caso di consegna per vagone, e far seguire comunicazione scritta entro e non oltre 8 gg. dalla consegna. La denuncia vizi deve essere corredata da tutti gli elementi inerenti la consegna, la produzione e la quantità del prodotto ritenuto non conforme alla qualità promessa e fatta prima che la merce venga usata o messa in opera. Nel caso di denuncia vizi giustificata e accettata, la Venditrice potrà operare la sostituzione della merce viziata oppure l’eliminazione del difetto o altra misura da essa considerata idonea, in un ragionevole lasso di tempo, purché la merce nel frattempo non sia stata manomessa, usata o posta in opera (in questo ultimo caso la merce si considera accettata). La Venditrice non risponde dei danni derivanti dall’uso o dalla messa in opera di materiali difformi o viziati e neppure di ulteriori pretese o rivalse per risarcimento danni.

8. Trattamento ed uso dei datiLa Venditrice avverte che i dati relativi ai rapporti commerciali con i propri clienti vengono raccolti e trattati all’interno dell’Azienda conformemente al D. Lgs. n. 196/03 e succ. modifiche; e che essa si riserva il diritto per l’ottenimento di una assicurazione crediti e di comunicare all’assicuratore i dati necessari.

9. Cause di forza maggioreVerificandosi qualunque caso fortuito o di forza maggiore, quali in via meramente esemplificativa e non esaustiva lo stato di guerra e mobilitazione, scioperi, serrate, atti di terrorismo, cessazioni di attività, la mancanza o il particolare rincaro di materie prime o prodotti finiti, i ritardi e la mancanza dei mezzi di trasporto, fluttuazioni rilevanti nell’andamento dei cambi con la moneta dei paesi ove sono ubicati gli stabilimenti dei fornitori, e qualsiasi altro impedimento da cui esuli ogni sua responsabilità, la Venditrice non potrà essere chiamata a rispondere di alcuna inadempienza contrattuale e potrà di diritto sospendere od annullare, in tutto o in parte, gli impegni relativi alla forniture affidatele. L’annullamento parziale o la sospensione degli impegni, relativi alle forniture concordate, non esime il compratore, per motivi precedentemente esposti, dall’obbligo di accettare e di pagare i materiali già approntati.

10. Imposte e tasseSono a carico del cliente tutte le imposte e le tasse, quali I.V.A., bollo ecc.. ed ogni altro onere fiscale, anche se intervenuto durante la fornitura della merce.

11. Solve et repeteIl cliente non potrà iniziare alcuna azione in giudizio se non darà la prova di aver eseguito le sue obbligazioni ed in particolare quella del pagamento integrale del prezzo.

12. Legge applicabile, lingua contrattuale scelta e foro competenteLa legge applicabile è esclusivamente quella italiana. Anche nel caso in cui le presenti condizioni vengano tradotte in altre lingue, la lingua contrattuale scelta e che farà fede è la lingua italiana. Qualsiasi controversia tra le parti, nessuna esclusa, sarà soggetta alla giurisdizione esclusiva dell’Autorità Giudiziaria Italiana ed alla competenza territoriale esclusiva del Foro di Ancona.

13. Disposizioni generaliIl cliente non può cedere il contratto e quindi i diritti e gli obblighi da esso nascenti salvo deroghe espressamente concesse dalla Venditrice se espressamente consentito dalla Venditrice. Il luogo di adempimento per tutte le prestazioni del cliente e di Akifix® è la/e sede/i di Akifix®, salvo diversa pattuizione scritta delle Parti. L’eventuale invalidità di una o più clausole del presente contratto non determinerà l’invalidità dello stesso.

14. Riservatezza e confidenzialità Durante il rapporto ed anche dopo la cessazione di esso, il cliente si impegna anche per conto dei propri dipendenti e ausiliari, a mantenere il più stretto riserbo e a non rivelare a terzi qualunque notizia e/o informazione acquisita di natura confidenziale, strettamente riservate anche ai sensi e per gli effetti degli artt. 98 e 99 c.p.i., individuata e/o riconosciuta come contenente segreti commerciali o aziendali, anche di aziende connesse o collegate alla Venditrice.

15. EsclusivitàLe foto dei prodotti e i testi sono “proprietà esclusiva” della società Akifix S.p.A. unipersonale è “severamente vietata” la riproduzione anche parziale del seguente catalogo.

Tutti i diritti sono riservati ed oggetto di protezione industriale e delle norme sul diritto d’autore. Le modifiche dei prodotti illustrati, anche se parziali, potranno essere eseguite soltanto se esplicitamente autorizzate per iscritto dalla Società Akifix S.p.A. unipersonale. Tutti i dati forniti ed illustrati sono indicativi e la Società Akifix S.p.A. unipersonale si riserva di apportare in ogni momento le modifiche che si riterranno opportune, anche in conseguenza delle proprie necessità aziendali e dei propri procedimenti produttivi.

2. SuppliesPrices and all other conditions are valid for materials supplied and invoiced from the Company Akifix S.p.A. - unipersonale. The Seller reserves the right to make changes at any time, without notice, changes on products, on conditions and prices in accordance with changes in market conditions and costs (of production, of transport etc ...) or any other cause. Besides, it does not ensure the absolute fidelity to the colors and the aesthetics reproduced in catalogue.

3. Offers and pricesa) The offers are indicative and not binding and therefore do not involve any obligation to the transformation in order.b) Orders requests must be forwarded to the Selling Company via e-mail or fax or certified mail by sales officials/agents of the same. In all cases, the Selling Company reserves the right to accept or modify them at its discretion, and only an act of written confirmation from the Management Direction of the Company itself or the execution of the order can be considered binding. The transmission of a direct order from the buyer, however, involves the acceptance of the sales conditions.c) Prices resulting from price lists in force will be applied at the time of each delivery.

4. Payment Termsa) The payment of the supplies must be made in cash, or in the terms indicated on the invoice directly to the address of the seller.b) Payment delay of the invoice allows the Selling Company to charge, without prejudice to other actions, from the day of expiration, default interest pursuant to Legislative Decree. n. 231/02 or, if higher, the interest corresponding to the bank rate in force and indicated on the invoice, subject to the right, either to release the business relationship or to cancel the execution and delivery of the remaining orders, or to demand the advanced payment of the outstanding invoices, without the client could make claims for compensation or otherwise.c) It should be noted that no other form of payment, in addition to that set, will be considered valid by the Selling Company.d) In case of a possible discount for paying cash, this will be valid only in the case of receipt by the Seller, of the balance of invoices not later than 8 days from issuance thereof and will be applied on the amount of the order, except for the transport and packaging. Exceeded that limit the payment will be considered normal and the discount canceled and re-charged.e) In case of receipt of negative information (eg. protests, over acts against the debtor etc...) or of changes in the balance sheet of the customer, the Selling Company is entitled to consider all outstanding payments as payable immediately, any it is the original deadline (Art. 1186 C.C.), or to demand special guarantees on future payments.The Selling Company reserves the right not to proceed with or suspend the execution of the supply in the event of a change of the conditions above, pursuant to art. 1461 C.C. In this case, the customer will not have any right to damage claims.

5. Shipments and DeliveriesThe delivery terms must be always considered indicative. The Selling Company, however undertakes to make deliveries within the shortest possible time. The Selling Company does not assume, however, any liability for damages arising from delays in delivery. The minimum quantity for deliveries is related to the kind of product and is established directly with the Seller. The sale is carried out EXW ( EX WORKS Incoterms 2010), unless different conditions expressly indicated by written notice. The goods will be available up to 7 days after the scheduled date of collection. After that date the transaction will make the delivery conveyor at its discretion, with risk and transport costs to be charged to the customer.

6. PackagingUnless specifically agreed, the cost of the packaging is not included in the sales price. The prices of packaged products include the cost of the package that, unless otherwise description, is made of carton boxes or plastic strapped or tied package etc. The cost of special packaging in shrink wrap or other will be arranged from time to time. For deliveries with Europallets and disposable pallets, the same will be invoiced, with no possibility of return.

7. Defects and differencesThe Selling Company guarantees that its products comply with the technical documentation and immune from defects that make them unfit for the use for which they are intended. The customer declares to be aware of all the technical features of the purchased products, their proper storage and application; therefore raises the Selling Company from any liability caused by the failure to comply with the above rules. case of delivery by wagon, and to follow written notice not later than 8 days from delivery. The vices claim must be accompanied by all the elements inherent in the delivery, the production and the quantity of the product considered non-conforming to the promised quality and made before the goods are used or installed. In the event of termination vices justified and accepted, the Selling Company will make the replacement of the defective goods or the elimination of the defect or other measure which it may consider appropriate, in a reasonable period of time, provided that the goods in the meantime was not tampered with, used or installed (in this last case the goods shall be deemed accepted). The Selling Company is not liable for damages resulting from the use or installation of dissimilar materials or spoiled and even further claims or reimbursements for damages.

8. Processing and use of dataThe Selling Company warns that data relating to trade affairs with their clients are collected and processed within the Company pursuant to Legislative Decree. N. 196/03 and subsequent amendments; and that it reserves the right to obtain a credit insurance and to communicate to the insurance company the necessary data.

9. Force majeureOccurring any accident or force majeure, such as by way of example and not exhaustive the state of war and mobilization, strikes, lockouts, acts of terrorism, business closures, the absence or particular higher prices for raw materials or finished products, delays and lack of means of transport, significant fluctuations in the pattern of change with the currency of the countries where the plants of the suppliers are located, and any other impediment which exiles all its responsibilities, the Selling Company can not be held responsible for any breach of contract and will be able to suspend or cancel, in whole or in part, the commitments relating to the supplies entrusted. The partial cancellation or suspension of the commitments, relating to the supply agreed, does not relieve the buyer, for the reasons set out above, the obligation to accept and pay for materials already prepared.

10. Taxes and dutiesAll taxes and fees are to the charge of the customer, such as VAT, stamp duty etc. and any other tax liability, although occurred during the delivery of the goods.

11. Solve et repeteThe customer can not start any legal action unless he gives evidence of having performed its obligations and in particular that one of the total payment of the price.

12. Governing law, language contractually chosen and JurisdictionThe applicable law is exclusively Italian. Even if these conditions are translated into other languages, the contractually chosen language and that will prevail is the Italian language. Any dispute between the parties, without exception, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Judicial Italian authority and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Ancona.

13. General ProvisionsThe customer may not assign the contract and therefore the rights and obligations arising from it unless expressly waivers granted by the Seller if expressly allowed by the Seller. The place of performance for all customers and Akifix S.p.A. unipersonale performances is the seat of Akifix S.p.A. unipersonale, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties. The invalidity of one or more clauses of this contract will not result in the invalidity of the same.

14. Privacy and confidentialityDuring intercourse and even after the termination of it, the customer also undertakes on behalf of its employees and assistants, to maintain the strictest confidentiality and not to communicate to third parties any news and/or information acquired confidential, strictly confidential even to meaning and for the purposes of articles. 98 and 99 c.p.i., detected and/or recognized as containing commercial or business secrets, including the associated companies or connected to the Seller.

15. ExclusivityPhotos of the products and texts are “exclusive ownership” of the company Akifix S.p.A. unipersonale The reproduction of the following catalogue or even a part of it is “strictly forbidden”.

All rights are reserved and subject to industrial protection and rules on copyright. The changes of the products shown, even if partial, may be carried out only if expressly authorized in writing by the Company Akifix S.p.A. unipersonale in Monsano. All data provided and illustrated are approximate and the Company Akifix S.p.A. unipersonale reserves the right to make changes at any time they deem appropriate, because of their business needs and their production process.

The reproduction in whole or in part, modification and use of said Trademark, for any reason and on any medium, without the prior written approval of Akifix S.p.A. unipersonale are absolutely forbidden.
