● Kids fitness is seen by many kids as a chore that absorbs excess energy and time.

● The key for parents is to provide kids with activities that are fun and enjoyable for them to do. For example, activities at the park or beach which incorporate swimming and running are fun things to do whilst being active.

● Swimming in the ocean and throwing a tennis ball to friends is a fantastic way for kids to be fit.

● Playing soccer with friends or family at the park is another fun way for kids to be active.
