IntroductionThe local and international bodies expressed its profound
dissatisfaction of the breach of the Bahraini governments international obligations that it concluded before the international community, including the Convention on the Rights of the Child, which entered into force on 2 September 1990 under the Article 49.
This breach resulted in repressive policies carried out by this government and has produced serious violations striking the children category with flagrant losses which lead to the deprivation of 49 Bahraini children and fetuses from their right to live through the deliberate or extrajudicial killings.
The Article 6 of the CRC states that every child has an inherent right to live, which also was confirmed by Article 6 on Civil and Political Rights, the International Covenant special on Civil and Political Rights, right to live is inherent to each human and the law should protect this right and no one can be deprived of his life arbitrarily.
This international provisions highlight the Bahraini government which killed its children as a profession, and its a criminalized act by all laws and regulations, these 49 murdered children are subjected to the custody of the Bahraini government by law and their right according to the custody is to be provided with the required protection, but the government did not take the necessary measures which ensure the rights of these children from illegal targeting.
The procedures of the loss of these children to their rights to live have varied. Some were wounded by bullets or shot fission shotgun that are internationally forbidden, some died due to torture by the law enforcement agents or by run over by cars and others by the inhalation of tear gas through throwing them in tight places and without ventilation, especially fetuses.
The Article 16 of the Child Convention does not allow

subjecting the child arbitrarily or illegally to any intervention concerning his private life, family, home or communications.
The Bahraini Penal Code came clear in determining the punishment of murder with premeditation and observation in which it stipulated in its Article 339 on the penalty death while the law specifies in the same article the penalty of murder for life imprisonment and gave the offense beating leading to death in article 336 a penalty of seven years Prison only.
Parts of the law enforcement forces of the Bahraini government were involved in exposing these children to arbitrary, punitive and extrajudicial measures which lead to the loss of their lives, in which exposes them to a judicial accountability.
Bahrains government has failed to fulfill these legal procedures due to the absence of punishment, which constituted a breach of the rules because of the debilitation of justice system in Bahrain and its falling under the command of authorities which renders it accountable before international law and the international criminal courts.
This book specialized in documenting the arbitrary or extrajudicial murders of the children who are provided with a strong protection by international and local legislations is considered to be an important document in prosecutions for those involved in such violations in the area of human rights in Bahrain.

First: with the adoption of the Bahraini government in its behavior to repressive policies against its opponents, which resulted in criminal offenses on various levels against citizens who exercising their fundamental rights, these crimes have caused a loss of 49 children to their inherent right to live, and with methods that are internationally forbidden and laws forbid their usage on for specific purposes where 3 children lost their life with a firearm, 5 children with lead fission shotgun, 3 others crushed with the cars of security system, 37 fetuses and infants with tear gas and 1 case due to treatments deprivation.
Second: people who have committed these serious violations of laws with a criminal structure - in an intentionally way or through negligence of officials for crimes against humanity, and therefore the Bahraini government is held responsible for these criminal violations and is required to:
