Courses are reserved on a first-registered, first-paid basis, therefore, all fees must be paid and the medical/liability form must be filled out when registering. Students are at risk of being dropped from classes due to non-payment. To Add or Drop a Class: Parents must go the Student Services Office in the Instructional Center (ADMN) building to add or drop a class, no later than the day before the class starts. Safety: The safety of children is a primary concern of Kids’ College. Students must be escorted to and picked up promptly from the class location, each session. Drop-offs are not permitted for children under 10 years old. Medical and Liability Release: The Medical and Liability Release Form must be completed and signed by the student's parent or legal guardian for each child prior to the beginning of the student’s class or classes. Students without Medical Emergency/Liability Release forms will not be allowed to attend class. The emergency release is the last page of this packet. Classroom/Campus Conduct: Kids’ College students must meet program standards of good conduct and behavior while on Clarendon College campus and at every class meeting. This means courteous attention, good manners, and careful handling of the equipment being used. This is a college campus and college classes will be in session, thus, disruptive behavior is not allowed. Students must follow the instructions given them by the teacher or staff member. Failure to follow this code of conduct may result in dismissal from the workshop with no refund from the Kids’ College program. Parents are responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any equipment that their child might damage or break, either intentionally or through reckless behavior. Questions: Please call 806-874-3571 if you have any questions or concerns.
