Kids at Christmas Campaign

It’s that time of year again, Christmas carols and waiting for Santa. Unfortunately, many children will be in the hospital over the holiday season. For the past four years, we have been inviting families, businesses, Churches, schools and organizations to consider sponsoring a child for $50. This covers the cost of the blanket and ensures children receive a “cuddle” of their own.

Over 1,000 Cuddle blankets have been delivered to children over the holidays. There are three ways to make a donation:

* send an email transfer to cuddlesforcancer@hotmail.com

* send a donation to Cuddles for Cancer, PO Box 1317, Lakefield, ON. K0L 2H0. Please make cheques payable to Cuddles for Cancer

* drop off a cash donation to FabricLand in Peterborough or at the Cuddles for Cancer Drop In Centre at 15 Queen St. Lakefield

The “Kids at Christmas Campaign” have brought tears of happiness, genuine smiles and comfort to many children at the PRHC and Sick Kids Hospital. Please help us continue this holiday tradition!
