Kidnapped by a Vampire

Chapter 2

I woke up drowsy and confused. I was in

an angelic room. The bed was round and

enormous. The covers were silk. I flipped

the covers off of me, and looked down to

see what I was wearing. I was wearing a

baby blue tank top and some black boy

shorts. I wonder who dressed me…How

did I even get here. I then remembered

what happened before I blacked out. I

touched my neck, sat up fast, and ran to

the full length mirror by the closet door. I

looked at my neck to see nothing was

there. I then studied my reflection in the

mirror asking myself a silent question;

could I have imagined the whole thing?

My Green eyes held no answer. “What the

hell is going on?” I screamed. There was

nothing but silence. The next second

there was a boy in front of me. He was

very beautiful; he was wearing a tight

black top and dark navy blue jeans.

Wait…I knew him…he was the guy who

pulled me out from the air-vent. My

mouth gaped open. I yelled, “You…” Will

you keep it down slave.” He hissed. I

looked at him like he was crazy. “Who are

you calling slave?” I asked in a ‘you-

don’t-want to-mess-with-me’ tone of

voice. His face became raged with anger,

“How dare you talk to me like that!”

That’s when he slapped me. I reeled back;

tears began to weld in my eyes. A girl

about my age then walked in. She had

blonde short hair and was about 5’8. She

bowed to the man and asked, “Yes

master.” What the hell! Master? Really!

They both looked at me…Opps I think I

said that out loud. He looked back at the

girl and said in a acidly voice, “Get her

cleaned up. NOW!” He then left the

room. The girl helped me up and we

began to walk to the bathroom. “Are you

okay?” She asked in a kind voice. I looked

at her and smiled and said, “Yea, but I

clean my own damn self up…” She looked

terrified, “No I have to do it…he gave me

an order and I must obey.” She then

continued, “My names Hailey by the

way.” “I’m Taylor…umm…what happens if

you don’t obey an order?” I asked. Hailey

stopped what she was doing and looked

up at me, “You get tortured.” She said in

a cold whisper voice. After she said that

her eye never left me. I hate it when

people stair at me…it’s so annoying. I

couldn’t take it, “I know I’m cute and all…

but could you stop starring at me? I said

and then added, “It’s kinda creeping me

out…” She blushed and then looked away.

“I’m sorry it’s just…you were very close

to escaping and they never punished

you.” Hailey looked back at me, “I’m just

confused.” I giggled, “That makes both of

us.” At that moment my stomach

growled. She laughed, “I’m also hungry.”

Hailey continued to laugh as we made our

way to the kitchen. When we got down

there Hailey got the ingredients and

made both of us a sandwich. I smiled and

said, “Thanks.” She nodded her head

telling me you’re welcome. We heard a

crash in the next room (dinning room) I

looked at Hailey curiously. She shrugged

her shoulders. I walked to the door

silently. A deep voice bellowed, “Alex are

you sure Taylor’s your soul-mate?”

Another voice answered, “Yes Father…the

tattoo is already imprinted on her wrist.”

I looked down at both of my wrist and

saw a design that had an ‘A’ in the middle

for Alex on my right. I looked up and the

door was open, “We have an

eavesdropper.”
