A STANDARD VENUE HIRE IS PAYABLE Weekdays (Mon-Fri)

Kiddies area: R550-00 Pool area: R2 000.00 Weekends & Public Holidays

Kiddies Area: R750.00 Pool area: R2 500.00

This fee includes 20 chairs & 2 tables (Tablecloths incl) Food baskets can be ordered from the Restaurant menu on the day of your child’s party

You are NOT ALLOWED to bring Own snacks & Drinks AND MAY BE PENALISED IF YOU DO SO!

If you are not making use of our venue hire, you are more than welcome to relax at the Restaurant area & order food & drinks while waiting for Kiddies party to end.

* Whilst every precaution will be taken to ensure the safe guarding of guest’s belongings,

Biekiebos will not be liable for loss or damage to any property whatsoever (Vehicles, Decor, Valuables etc..)

*No Liability will be taken for any injuries that may occur on these premises

*Deposits & Payments made, will not be refunded due to bad weather or unexpected disaster, but every effort

will be made to accommodate on another mutually agreed date & time

*Biekiebos reserve the right to change any item if necessary (Due to breakages, damages etc.)

*Biekiebos reserve the right to not inflate equipment in case of heavy winds, or deflate equipment in case of

heavy windy or dangerous weather conditions

Notification Letter

Please note that the standard venue hire of R750 (Kiddies area) or R2500 (Pool area) on

weekends or R550 (Kiddies area) or R2000 (Pool area) on weekdays is payable ONLY if you

want the parents, family & friends (all adults) to join in on the fun. We DON`T charge venue

hire for the kids, only R120-00 per child

If you wish to pay venue hire for the adults to join in at the kids area, Chairs and a table will

be available for the adults. You will also have the option to order food baskets from the

Restaurant menu. We also do consignment drinks in a cooler which will be charged

according to your consumption at the end of the party.

If you wish NOT to pay the venue hire for the adults, not the food baskets nor the cooler

option will be available for your party, but as the play area is in clear sight of the outside

restaurant area, your company can enjoy relaxing outside and still keep a safe eye on the

young ones. We do place 4 chairs in the play area for the nanny or the concerned granny
