EASTERCAMP Thurs 29 March - 02 April, Spencer Park Eastercamp is an incredible annual city-wide youth camp. Hundreds of young people have their lives changed each year and we want to bring as many youth as we can! Make sure your young person is coming to camp! Also, if you could help with sponsorship, set up, or pack down please see the Info Desk.

EASTER SERVICES We are so excited to have Easter coming up soon! There will be a Good Friday service at 9am at both City and Beach Campus and a 10am combined North Canterbury service at Pegasus Campus. On Easter Sunday City and Beach Campus will have services at 9 & 11am, and there will be a combined North Canterbury service at Plains Campus at 10am. There will be no City Campus 6pm service or Pegasus Campus service.

MISSIONS NIGHT WITH GODFREY AND GLEN SIM 7.30pm, THIS Wed 07 March, City Campus Come and join us for an evening with Godfrey and Glen Sim. The Sims are missionaries working with MAF Papua New Guinea. Hear some of their stories and come along to support them.

TABLE TALK 7pm, Tues 13 March, Exchange Christchurch Table Talk is an all-in night for the young adults (18-30yrs) of Grace Vineyard Church! Join us for our first ever Table Talk night as we explore the topic of ‘Culture’ and what it looks like for us to understand, interpret and shape culture as Christians. There will be coffee, fun people, worship, interesting topics and time to chat! Spaces are limited, so arrive early to make sure you don’t miss out!

GRACE MINISTRY HUB School of Pastoral Care Equipping people with skills to more effectively minister God’s love and freedom.Part 2 topic: Developing Listening Skills, Boundaries, Self-care. 7-9pm TODAY Sun 04 March, $5pp, Beach Campus. DE-ESCALATION TRAINING 7-9pm , Mon 12 March, City Campus We are having a training night for all our volunteers and lifegroup leaders. This will be a night to equip our teams with practical advice and tips on how to deal with difficult situations. If you’re interested or need input into this area, we’d love to see you there!

IT TAKES A VILLAGE 7pm, Wed 21 March, City Campus This is a night for all parents and youth leaders across all campuses to talk about current issues relevant to youth. Mike Dodge from CYS will be speaking into some key areas including anxiety, youth walking away from God, social media and, the church and families’ roles in raising young people. It takes all of us to support teenagers and to grow healthy families!

ENCOUNTER WORSHIP NIGHT WITH BETHEL 7pm, Sat 14 April, City Campus We are so excited to be hosting an Encounter worship night featuring Peter Mattis, Bazi Baker, and Bethel Supernatural School of Ministry Students. Peter Mattis is an incredible pastor, worship leader and songwriter at Bethel Church in California with an unreserved passion in worship. Free event but an offering will be taken.

We’d love to meet you! If you have any questions about anything, please look for a crew member or visit our Info Desk in the foyer and they will be happy to help you. Kids and youth go out from the main auditorium after the notices to Passion Kids (kids’ church), LIVE (intermediates) or GVY Youth Lounge. Grab a welcome pack during the service or from the Info Desk to find out what we’re all about. You’ll also get a chocolate and a free barista coffee for after the service!

WELCOME TO GRACE At City Campus we regularly have ‘Welcome to Grace’ sessions to help new people find out what we’re all about and meet some of the team. Our next session will be Sun 25 March at the 11am service.

HEADSPACE 9am-3pm, Thurs 08 March Salvation Army (853 Colombo St) Tying in to our Battle of the Mind series, this is a great opportunity to hear from some amazing therapists, pastors and theologians on the subject of mental health. Hosted by Settlers Health with worship led by our very own Bazi Baker. $20pp, lunch provided. For more info or to register grab a flyer from the Info Desk.

MAINTENANCE POSITION Paid position, 20 hrs/week, City Campus We’re looking for a skilled and motivated person to join our staff team. We want a kingdom minded person with a heart to serve who has some skills in carpentry and building maintenance and ideally some basic electrical skills. BATTLE OF THE MIND We are in an exciting series called ‘Battle of the Mind’; overcoming anxiety, depression, grief and burn-out. We would love for every adult at all campuses to be in a Lifegroup for this season. If you’re not already in one, fill in a Lifegroup form at the Info Desk or email [email protected].
