NAVAL DIVISION

The shipbuilding division has been developed through business structure focused on trade and export broker, developing projects and construction of shipyards , new ships and reconstruction / repair oil rigs, our main partners are located in Korea and China and foreign shipyards based on the information obtained by our international network and the ability of accumulated business in the naval area .

We have dabbled with the support of our partners in the supply of offshore drilling systems. The three types of platforms commonly request are:

• Jack Up Platform. Used in shallow water up to a hundred meters deep.• Semi - submersible platforms: huge platforms used in sea depths of between seventy thousand meters.• Drill ships sea units are between 200 and 1000 meters.

HSRG Sensors

Works with multiple OEM manufactures of HSRG´s providing sensors for tube SKIN Temp, Duct Burner, SCR, CO, By-Pass Stack and Feedwater Recirculation Pump, These sensors made from MI cable only using the highest quality materials, usually provide in Type K or E. Weld Pads matching tube materials and radius can be provided.

HSRG Thermowells

Thermowells are made of one piece, solid bored, construction and designed to withstand the maximum system pressure, velocity. Thermowells are available in all alloys, including F11, F12, F22, F91 or F321 with full material certifications can submit Thermowell strength calculations based on ASME PTC 19.3 and Thermowell Vibration calculation

CFB Sensors

Works with multiple OEM manufac-tures of CFB´´s providing sensors for Metal Pad Thermocouple, In-Bed Thermpcouples with Thermoswells, Transmitters and Junction Boxes. The process side includes Steam and Water Thermocouples ( Thermowells and Protection Tubes ), Air and Flue Gas Thermocouples and Protection Tubes.
