KeyLine: new partner of Ducati Motor Holding

The worldwide leader in keys with transponder technology is the new partner of Ducati Motor Holding for the exclusive manufacturing and distribution of Ducati Corse Keys.

Conegliano, the 10th June 2010 – KeyLine, the leading italian company for innovative technology in key

business in the world, has signed a licensing agreement with Ducati Motor Holding for the exclusive manufac-

turing and distribution of Ducati Corse Keys for 2 years.

Synonym of success in the motorcycling world, Ducati Corse manages the official teams’ competition of Ducati

Motor Holding SpA. It is composed of two internal groups that work autonomously and look after the motorcycles’

development and prototypes intended to the worldwide and international championship organized by the Interna-

tional Federation of Motorcycling (FIM).

KeyLine was individualized and selected by Ducati thanks to its technological know-how. For that reason KeyLine

is a reference company in the world for the realization of any sort of key and for the technology of car keys with

transpoder.

Only for Ducati, KeyLine has employed special lighter alloy achieved by its research & development laboratory to

whom KeyLine destines every year 5% of the annual turnover.

Moreover, the Conegliano’s company has started a focused communication and promotion activity towards the Ducati

Corse brand. For the presentation of the new models the italian based company will be present as official sponsor

at the World Ducati Week, the greater worldwide Ducati meeting that joins together thousands of bikers and fans.

periodo di due anni, a partire da giugno 2010.

Corse gestisce le competizioni delle squadre ufficiali di

Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A. È composta da due gruppi

interni che lavorano autonomamente e si occupano dello

sviluppo delle motociclette e prototipi destinati ai prin-

cipali campionati mondiali e internazionali organizzati

dalla Federazione Internazionale Motociclistica (FIM).

KeyLine è stata individuata e scelta da Ducati grazie

al proprio know-how tecnologico che la pone come

azienda di riferimento a livello mondiale nella realizza-

zione di chiavi di qualsiasi tipo e nella tecnologia delle

chiavi per auto dotate di transponder.

Appositamente per la linea a marchio Ducati, KeyLine

ha impiegato infatti leghe ultraleggere speciali messe a

punto dal proprio laboratorio di Ricerca&Sviluppo, a cui

destina annualmente il 5% del proprio fatturato.

Inoltre, l’azienda di Conegliano ha avviato una mirata

attività di comunicazione e promozione della linea a

marchio Ducati Corse. Per la presentazione dei nuovi

modelli, l’azienda veneta sarà presente in qualità di
