Anonymous Company: The Anonyms company is the company in which the nams of the shareholders are not shown;

Seaplanes: A seaplane is an aircraft with the ability to land or take off on the water;

The board of directors: is a group of individuals, or entities, responsible of leading an institution;

Shares: a share is a title in the capital of a company; Shareholders: Person or entity related to the Company not

by contract but by the holding company of a negotiable instrument representing a fraction of the company's capital;

Competes: consists of all players offering products or services meeting the same needs;

Flowchart: A flowchart is a diagram of the organization of a company, entity or activity.

Among the advetages of Anonymous Company are: Company Information anonymous is seen by investors

as a guaranty of security, it’s credible to its stakeholders;

Conclusion:

Each company should have a structure going with its environment, its business, strategy and culture;
