SC2012.179.113 COLLECTION NOTE This collection includes documentation of multiple Kentucky Arts Council’s “Folk Arts Apprenticeship” program site visits and master-apprentice pairs for 2008-2009. These pairings include Steve Rector with Joe Hudson, Paul Rich with Tim Brewster, Cheryl Pan with Samantha Wang, and Charlene Long with Frances Glass. The collection includes audio and video recordings of the apprenticeship as well as documents detailing the site visits and correspondence conducted by the Kentucky Folklife Program. The Kentucky Arts Council’s “Folk Arts Apprenticeship” program receives funding for apprenticeships through the National Endowment for the Arts. All photographs are in digital format.
