Barb - it's been a while! (1990). But I still remember your accomplishments at Hershey. I was sorry to see you leave Hershey because you contributed a lot to the success of our business. (If you had stayed around you would have been a stockholder)

I always knew I could count on you to bring a new product line or marketing strategy to life and make it successful! We gave you these responsibilities because you had shown you had the creativity and drive to get the job done.

Here are some of the things I remember that made you a great employee. You built strong relationships with our employees, clients, and our suppliers from the executive ranks to the shipping staff. You were able to build a network of people that respected you and helped you excel. You always seemed to understand the complexities of the job and put the processes in place to insure success.
