KEMENA INDUSTRIES SDN BHD (KISB) is a company specialized in the manufacturing of precast concrete products and ready-mixed concrete. It was incorporated on 17 March 1987. It was jointly formed by IJM Corporation Bhd (IJM) and Bintulu Development Authority (BDA). IJM is one of the Malaysia’s leading conglomerates and is listed on the main market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, whereas BDA is the local government authority. KISB precast concrete products are classified into three main categories: RC Piles, RC Spun Pipes and RC Others.
