Kelsey Smith has been an invaluable resource in Group 7evenʼs marketing efforts on behalf of United Way of St. Joseph County.
Kelsey is very resourceful, independent, and always willing to learn new things. Although United Way has many moving parts and can be complicated to understand, Kelsey immediately excelled in every project she was given and exhibited an impressive comprehension of United Way after only a very short time. Kelsey required very little hands on direction, only asking for assistance after attempting to work a solution out on her own.
During her time at Group 7even Kelsey wrote several press releases, letters, web articles, and much more. Her writing is excellent and style is approachable and professional. Also, her research and ideas for United Way's marketing plan and other projects were always very helpful.
Additionally, Kelsey is very efficient and dedicated. She consistently finished projects on time and often ahead of schedule. Her dedication and work ethic was evidenced further by her willingness to work on projects outside of work although that was not a requirement of her internship. Every project submitted by Kelsey was thoroughly and professionally completed. Kelsey was also very receptive to constructive criticism and would use that feedback as a way to grow in her performance.
Kelsey is a joy to work with and would be a great addition to any team. Her dedication to her job and work ethic are impressive, and she was a genuine asset to the Group 7even team. I would highly recommend Kelsey to any company.
