E x p e r i e n c e Abercrombie & Fitch - Columbus, OH - Technical Design Intern - January to April 2016 Worked on the Female Fashion Tops Team for Hollister. Responsibilities included creating initial tech packs, updating current tech packs, creating initial
patterns for our vendors, updating previous patterns after fits, creating detail pages in Illustrator, taking notes during fit sessions, writing fit comments, entering measurements into PLM, and basic organizing. Worked directly with 7 team members and four cross functional team members.
Dana Reed Designs - Chicago, IL - Assistant and Sales Associate - May to August 2015 Assisted with hand-making and selling metal jewelry. Other responsibilities included assisting with set up and selling at art shows. Top seller two months in
a row with approx $4,000 in sales. Worked directly with three team members. Mata Traders - Chicago, IL - Design Intern - August to December 2014 Worked with the design team on jewelry design. Designed over 30 pieces of jewelry for FW 15/SS 16, 11 of which are currently being sold. Other responsibilities
included FW 2015 jewelry trend research, creating Illustrator sketches of jewelry designs, creating jewelry spec sheets, assisting with processing wholesale and retail orders, quality control and cleaning of jewelry, redesigning current jewelry and updating spec sheets, and assisting in the packing, set up, selling, and clean up of Mata Trader’s booth at trade shows. Worked directly with four team members and three cross functional team members.
Abercrombie & Fitch - Columbus, OH - Technical Design Intern - January to April 2014Worked on the Female Sweaters Team for Hollister. Responsibilities included measuring samples, entering measurements into PLM, creating initial tech packs, updating old tech packs, creating detail pages in Illustrator, attending meetings with the CEO, taking notes during fit sessions, writing fit comments, and basic organizing. Worked directly with four team members, and 7-8 cross functional team members.
