May  15,  2012        To  Whom  It  Concerns,      This  is  to  recommend  Keith  Finitzer  as  an  employee  and  manager  in  your  firm.    Keith  served  as  our  Director  of  National  Network  for  the  past  several  years  and  before  that  as  a  regional  supervisor  and  technician  at  our  firm.    Keith  has  strong  technical  and  computer  skills  which  enabled  him  to  be  successful  in  both  the  field  and  the  office.    In  addition,  he  has  good  planning  and  organizational  skills  which  enabled  him  to  take  on  increasing  responsibilities  at  Melink.    Furthermore,  he  demonstrated  he  is  a  good  people  person  and  able  to  relate  to  and  communicate  with  employees  and  customers  at  all  levels.    Combined,  these  skills,  talents,  and  experiences  made  Keith  a  very  effective  manager  at  Melink.    But  more  than  anything  else  I  appreciated  –  and  still  appreciate  –  the  dedication,  loyalty,  and  trust  he  invested  in  me  and  our  company.    For  these  reasons  he  deserves  your  serious  consideration  and  stands  to  become  a  true  asset  to  your  organization.    Our  firm  recently  reduced  its  workforce  and  unfortunately  Keith’s  position  was  included.    We  offered  to  reassign  him  to  another  position  but  Keith  made  the  personal  and  professional  decision  to  pursue  new  opportunities  which  I/we  totally  respect  and  understand.    Keith  is  a  professional  with  an  open  mind  and  always  willing  to  learn,  and  therefore  I  know  he  will  find  valuable  and  meaningful  work  in  his  second  career.    His  integrity  and  great  attitude  will  always  carry  him  forward.    Please  let  me  know  if  you  have  any  questions.    Sincerely,
