This super high powered back packable dredge is equ ipped with a lightweight, heavy-duty 2.5hp Honda 4 cycleengine that nearly doubles the power from our previous models. This engine and pump combination produces

an unbelievable 100 gallons per minute and up to 160 feet of head pressure. The sluice box is specificallyengineered for fine gold recovery and easy clean up. TheModel 2004 is constructed with an aluminum frame and issupported with either inflatable or Marlex pontoons. This selection of compact 6 and 8 inch heavy duty dredges are State of the Art" equipment for economy andportability. Large carpeted walkways on the decks accommodate several divers and provide ease of accessaround all working parts of the dredge. The sluice box sets below the surface of the water, reducing out ofwater lift and increasing suction power. All models are equipped with a winch leveling system for precise tiltand sluice box adjustment. Experience excellent recovery with our proven double classification sluice de-sign. The first portion of the sluice box has large hungarian riffles that are lined with nomad matting whichassists in the recovery of fine gold. This portion of the sluice containing the coarse gold, can be cleanedseparately without removing the lower riffle system that contains most of the fine gold. After years of testing and customer feed back we have designed an 8 inch commercial dredge that is ideal for gold and gemrecovery. Powered by a powerful 40 hp Lombardini or Duetz diesel engine driving our high performance P1500 pump. TheP1500 pump produces 1500 Gallons per minute providing ample suction for depths down to 50 feet deep. Equipped withour new advanced jet flare and non-clogging suction system, assuring little or no down time for rock jams. An air supply fo2 divers provided by a heavy duty 263, air compressor. The modular decks are 8 feet wide and 24 feet long providing morethan adequate deck space. The frame is constructed out of a zinc plated steel frame with indoor-outdoor ribbed carpe

fastened to aluminum decks. The flotation is provided by 12 high impact plastic polymer pontoons for ample suspensioneven in fast and rough water conditions.The key to recovering diamonds is keeping the sluice box clean of compacted material and the riffles working correctly. Thisdredge is equipped with a secondary dredge system that vacuums the concentrates from the sluice box while the dredge isin operation. The concentrates are then delivered into another clean-up device or into storage containers. The concentratescan then be transported to shore and processed through other concentrating methods. The ability to clean the riffles andoperate continuously, greatly enhances both recovery and productivity.This dredge is capable of handling a variety of different engine and pump combinations for special applications. This dredge is similar to our commercial 8040 eight-inch dredge but more powerful and is capable of working at muchgreater depths and provides greater dredging capacity. The dredge is equipped with a larger engine for higherperformance and equipped with an additional pump to increase capacity.We have increased the horsepower using a 95 H.P. Deutz diesel engine to operate two model 263 air compressors for upto four divers and added an additional powerful P1500 pump system to increase the vacuum power. The dredge is mountedto modular decks system measuring 8 feet wide and 24 feet long providing more than adequate deck space and is alsoequipped with additional outrigger flotation to support the additional weight. The frame is constructed of a zinc plated steeframe with indoor-outdoor ribbed carpet fastened to aluminum decks. The flotation is provided by 14 high impact plasticpolymer pontoons for ample floatation to accommodate fast and rough water conditions. We use a four educator power

jet vacuum system providing an unbelievable vacuum for dredging material from deep depths. The dredge can handleup to 100 foot of hose and dredging depths exceeding 80 feet deep. With this new oversized Quad Jet jetting system youwill experience fewer rock jams. The jet is designed with heavy double walled reinforcement to extend the life of the jet inextreme abrasive conditions. The sluice box is provided two different configurations. We offer a 20 foot long diamond orthe combination sluice, for both gold and diamonds. The diamond sluice is simple but has a very effective diamond riffledesign that has been perfected over 30 years of building diamond dredges for Africa. The gold sluice incorporates our worldfamous 3 stage sluice design. The Three-stage classification system that is capable of classifying smaller material forcontrolled flow for fine gold and gemstone recovery. The fine gold recovery on the dredge is the best in the world. Thecombination sluice is ideal for gold recovery, as well as diamond and gemstone recovery. Also is ideal for the recovery of

heavier specific gravity materials to include diamonds, sapphires, rubies, garnet and any gemstone that has a heavierspecific gravity than quartz. Included with the Model 8040S is a special suction clean out system similar to the Model 8040that can vacuum the values from the sluice during operation and can eliminate the possibility of theft for removal to asecure area for further processing. This dredge is designed with easy to understand and operational system not requiringprofessional assistance. The dredge can be easily loaded into a secure 20 foot ocean container along with otherprospecting equipment to conduct a mining operation. The 8040 dredge series has been a huge success for Keene En-gineering for the last thirty years and has proven to be portable and durable. The floatation is capable of accommodatinghundreds of pounds of additional weight. We pride ourselves in the simplicity of the dredge and its ability to continue to op-erate on a trouble free basis. The Nessie 6DX comes equipped with a tandem trailer with built in winch for ease of launching and loading. Its torsion bar axlesuspension enables smooth and safe transportation on most highways and roads. The multi-function arm is capable of dredgingup to 18 feet in depth and can accommodate a variety of work implements which are suitable for nearly all marine maintenanceprojects.
