Samana Village

The Master Plan has been developed with the clear intention of creating a variety of truly memorable experiences. From the moment one enters the retail village the visitor will be immersed in a series of ever changing environments. Beginning at the retail village, which is the first and last thing visitors see of the development, the quality and tone of the entire project will be set as a precursor of what is to follow.
The landscape is a key component to the visitor’s appreciation as they pass through the different areas of the resort. Continually entering into and emerging from environments they will discover natural/man made lakes, natural valleys, steep landscaped slopes, beautiful ridge tops with fantastic views, to the sandy beaches. In contrast to these more natural
landscapes, the central marina/retail village offers the ideal back drop to the hustle and bustle of an exciting resort center, where people meet and greet, share in experiences and discover in more depth the cultural richness of Samana, through its food, wine, music, dance, and history.
With the range of amenities, hotel and residential accommodations to offer, the resort caters for every type of potential visitor, from the active, energetic, engaging guest, to those seeking the quiet retreat of the beach or villa, or perhaps a luxury spa. In all, The Samana Mixed- Use resort,, aims to transport resort guests and residents into a world filled with Caribbean experiences, a place of quality, comfort and rest, and to provide them with memories that they will want to relive.
