In 2007, I graduated from Odessa National Maritime Academy and obtained a Bachelor Degree. During my study at the Academy I was an intern on various port vessels (towboats, inshore boats), as well as merchant vessels, in particular, on the dry cargo vessels. After graduating from the Maritime Academy, I have also worked as a Watch Officer in a few very good companies under different flags and with other nationalities and performed all the tasks set. My responsibilities included: navigation watch, DP watch, cargo watch, maintenance of the safety equipment, fire and rescue equipment, maintenance of GMDSS (Global Maritime Distress and Safety System), navigation and medical equipment, conduct of crew training under Videotel & Seagull Programs, keeping the appropriate shipâs logbooks. All ��seagull trainings, tests and CBTâs Iâm completed which is required as per Seagull matrix. I have �� revised nautical charts and manuals, drafted plans of the vessel shifting and all the calculations related to the plan, prepared documents for the arrival and departure from the port. I have full understanding of the maritime navigation security provision, preservation of human life and the teamwork skills. I am fluent in English and can establish contact with the people in my own sphere of activity easily. Also during working in previous companies I passed so many inspections-Vetting/Port state/USCG/Flag State/ISM/ISPS/Class Approval/FMEA/Internal & External audits I can make all oral and written reports to be submitted to the captain or the manager in the office. I know how to draft plans for the vessel shifting both on paper charts and electronic ECDIS / TECDIS Transas, C-Map, AVCS, to maintain the vesselâs computer network, to update all software programs, and I have good skills in ��dealing with such computer programs as Word, Excel, Outlook, and others. I have experience in use of offshore equipment like DARPS, ARTEMIS, RADIUS, HIPAP, BLOM/Parker PMS, Kongsberg SDP 21 / 22 and I can easily master unfamiliar equipment, software and mechanisms. I take all constant inspections and reports that should be performed periodically during the vessel operation in a responsible manner. I am well aware of the bridge team management and can properly fill out the logbook. During my work I was trained repeatedly in terms of the safety organization on board, all marine alarms as scheduled, and acquired proper coordinated teamwork skills. In particular, it is not a problem for me to work in all weather conditions. Upon arriving to the vessel, primarily I try to read the

ships documentation, manuals and instructions of the company, learn SMS manuals, and innovations that have taken place during my vacation. I constantly improve my professional skills by means of technical literature and courses.
