    NERU was established in 1985 in order to produce modern formworks and scaffolds as well as space lattice systems and steel fabrications which would be needed forcibly in our country which was then crawling for development.

    In our factory, which has 10.000 m open and 12.000 m closed fabrication space, approximately 120 workers are employed.

    Our company, exporting most of its production abroad countries, experiences lives the proud of being a preferred company both in our country and in foreign countries.

  • Bu kalp sisteminde genellikle yaplacak olan yapnn betonarmesini dkmek iin bir defa kurulur ve kalp skm ilemi, beton bitimine kadar bir daha yaplmaz. Bu durumdan dolay iilii olduka dren ve maliyetleri aaya eken bir sistemdir. Betonarmede saplama deliklerinin olumamas szdrmazl kendiliinden oluturduu iin ayrca bir tercih sebebi olmaktadr. Beton dkm srekli yapld iin souk derz olumamaktadr.Kayar kalbn ykselme hz yaklak 3 ila 4 m/gn'dr. Bu kalp sistemi dey ve yatay hareketli kalp sistemidir. Silindirik veya kbik projelerde, yalnz dey olarak hareket eder. Konik ve prizmatik yaplarda ise hem dey hem yatay olarak hareket eder. Yatay hareket kalpda yaplan zel zmlerle gerekletirilir. Bu da yapnn projesine gre yaplmasn salar.

    In ordinary formwork the form is installed only one time for concrete pouring. Dismantling is not performed until the concrete is hardened. By using of new system one can lower work force required and decrease costs. The advantage of the system is its ability to provide impermeability due to ht absence of shear connection openings. Besides during concrete casting works cold joints are not formed because the concrete pouring is carried out continuously. The elevation speed of the Slip Form is approximately 3 to 4 m/day. This form system can be moved horizontally and vertically. In projects on constructions of cylindrical or cubic configurations the form is moved only vertically, for conic and prismatic structures horizontally and vertically.

  • Kalp, bal bulunduu karkas yaps ile birlikte komple hareket eder. Hareketi salayan trmanr tip hidrolik krikolardr. Krikolar, zel olarak birbirine eklenerek istenilen ykseklie kmay salayacak ekilde imal edilen trmanma ubuklar zerinde trmanr. Trmanma ubuklar betonun iinde klavuz borusunun brakt bolukta flambaj yapamadan trmanmak iin gerekli yk tar. Bu yntem srekli ve hzl bir uygulamay salamakla birilikte ayn zamanda ek bir iskele gereksinimini ortadan kaldrmaktadr. Ana ilke olarak, kalp ykseklii snrl, ufak boyutta, ift cidarl, rijit konstrksiyonlu ve zeminle bantsz asma bir sisteme dayanmaktadr. Kaldrma ileminin hz saatte 10 30 cmdir. Her kaldrta yaklak 2,5cm ykselme olmaktadr. Konstrksiyon gnde 3.00 4.00 metre ykselebilmektedir.

    The form moves together with the carcass structure it is connected to. The movement is provided by the climbing type hydraulic jackscrew. The jackscrews are lifted on the climbing bars, manufactured to allow the jackscrews to be added onto each other in order to reach desired height. The climbing bars carry the load without the deformation of the opening, left in concrete by the guide pipe. This method, together with providing continuous and fast application also removes any necessity of additional cage. With the form height being limited to a certain dimension, with double boundaries, rigid construction is based on a suspending system. The speed of the elevation process is 10 30 cm/hour. There is an escalation of about 2,5 cm within each elevation. The construction speed can be 3.00 4.00 meters a day.

Alt alma platformlar elik ubuklar ile st platforma aslmaktadr. st platformun ilevleri arasnda resimlerde grlecei gibi malzeme stoku, ereve ve boluk kalplarnn konmas, beton dkm ve kalbn kaymas ilemleri yaplmaktadr.Alt platformda ise kalptan kan beton yzeylerinin denetlenmesi, boluklarn dzeltilmesi ve kalplarn karlmas amacyla kullanlmaktadr. Ayrca yanda grld gibi merkezi bir hidrolik nite yine resimlerde grnen kaydrma krikolarna kumanda etmektedir. Her basta her bir kriko 25mm civarnda yukar doru hareket eder. Bu hareket esnasnda da kalp da krikolarla birlikte yukar ynde tanm olur.

    Working platforms are installed on different levels in order to make the processes of concrete casting easier. Several points for connecting of vertical iron montage platform according to project requirements are situated on the very top. The working platform on the top level of the form is connected directly to the form carrying jacks. Lower working platforms are hung down with iron bars from the upper platform. The functions performed by the upper platform are material stock keeping, placing of frame and pocket forms, concrete casting and form sliding processes. Control of the concrete surface form, correction of cavities and disassembling of the forms is performed on the lower platforms.
