Sponsorships are only available for events that are located at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas (KBHCCD). Costs listed below are for space only and exclude production, installation, labor, taxes, and equipment. Costs for those items are available from your selected decorator. All sponsorships require writtem approval from KBHCCD facility management and payment in full prior to production and installation. Exhibitor advertising requires the approval of contracted show management. Space is available for spon-sorship only during contracted dates.
