We will work with you to customize any menu to meet your preferences and budget requirements. Wedding packages contain perks that only come with weddings. Dinner meals and lunch meals contain perks that only come with their package. Additions can be made to any package at cost.

Wedding Dinner Menu Selections

Menu Selections

All dinner entrée selections, unless otherwise specified, are served with your choice of garden salad, Caesar salad, or strawberry fields salad, dinner roll and if it is a single entrée choice it would come with 2 sides and if it is a double entrée option it will come with 3 sides. Prices shown are for buffet style served with premium plastic disposable tableware and flatware with white paper napkins. Selections for your dinnerware can be made when booking. You may upgrade to china tableware and plated dinner service and are available at an additional cost. Additional entrée and side selections can be added to customize any menu to meet your preferences.

Cocktail Hour: With your wedding catering booking, we gift to you the beautiful Charcuterie Board as our thank you. This grazing table is loaded with a variety of meats, cheeses, dips, fruits, veggies, crackers, breads, pickles, olives, and jams. At your tasting you will be able to personalize this with your favorite snacks and those must haves that scream you! Adding special appetizers can be made at an additional cost. Taco bars will receive a nacho fountain, chip and dip bar, and items related to the taco bar theme.

Booking: To secure your wedding date, it is a $500 non-refundable deposit that is deducted from your total.

Tastings: To help select your menu you may have a tasting of up to 3 entrees and 4 sides. You may have up to 6 guests attend your tasting. Tastings are $50 to cover the cost of the food and are due at that time.

Headcount: We cater to every size of event with a minimum of 25.

Rentals: We offer rentals in china, flatware, glassware, tablecloths, napkins, fountains, Bars, Bartending, decorations, and any tabletop needs.

Partial Sit-Down Service: Includes pre-setting salads & dressings and rolls & butter to the guest tables. This service is available at an additional price of $2.00 per guest.

Plated & Served Dinner Service: includes pre-setting salads & dressings and rolls & butter to the guest tables with the dinner being plated and served to the guests. This service is available at an additional price of $5.00 per guest. Additional fees may incur for table items.




Staff Served Buffet: includes staff to serve your guests as they come through the buffet line allowing only the staff to touch the serving utensils. This type of service requires a minimum of 5 staff to take care of the food items on the buffet unless it is a smaller headcount.

Family Style Dinner Service: includes pre-setting salads & dressings and rolls & butter to the guest tables with the dinner being served in dishes to each table. Entrees can either be plated and served to the guests or accompanied on a large platter like the rest of the meal. This service is available at an additional price of $3.00 per guest. Additional fees may incur for table items.

Staffing: Staffing is one of the things we take great pride in when you book with us. We show up on the job 2 hours prior to the ceremony starting. We unload, set up all of the guest tables, set and display the charcuterie board, set up the buffet line, bus tables throughout cocktail hour and dinner service, any table flips of apps or dinner to obtain more space for cake(additional fees), we cut and plate your cake after your pictures, we save your top tier for you if you so choose to, box up all leftovers and leave in the kitchen or fridge for you, clean up all kitchen area, sweep, mop, wash all counters and used spaces, dry sinks, and take out kitchen trash. By the time we finally leave after usually 6-7 hours the only thing left on the tables is what you and your guests are drinking from at the bar. If you do real china, additional charges may incur for length of time on the job. Staffing is figured at $30 per hour per for captains and $25 per hour for servers.

Room flips: if our staff is needed to flip a room from a ceremony to the reception and set tables and chairs into place it is an additional fee of $250. Additional staffing for room flips may incur depending on the type of service selected.

Take Down: if our staff is needed to take down any tables and chairs from the wedding or event and put them away for the venue, it is an additional fee of $100 per staff

Admin Fee: The service charge is not a gratuity but is an additional charge that is used to cover certain additional operating costs that are associated with each event. The front of the house service staff that works the event does not receive any part of the service charge. The service charge covers the following cost: administrative costs such as appointments, scheduling, ordering, paperwork, banking, and any possible credit card fees (if applicable). We also have other indirect costs such as office & setup staff that work behind the scenes on every event but aren’t included in your labor fees. Liability insurance required to cover any damages or injuries caused by our staff or our equipment to any guests or property. This relieves the client of liability or responsibility when an accident is our fault. Vehicle insurance and costs not covered by a delivery/fuel charge. The service charge helps offset the costs of going the extra mile, such as handling the




rental equipment and assisting with the non-catering related elements of a party, wedding or event. It is in no form used for gratuity so although we do not add or ask for a gratuity, our staff appreciates anything given!

Travel Fee: location outside of a 40mile radius will result in a $150 travel fee for each 40 miles round trip.

Luncheon Options & Pricing Lunch Quantities: The minimum number for lunch drop off is 10. The minimum number for a buffet served as a cold or hot meal is 25. You may choose to have your boxed lunch in a box for a more grab and go feel or you may have it set up on trays or pans for more of a buffet feel. Drinks: For drop offs, if drinks are required, they will be in disposable cardboard beverage dispensers with cups or if bottles are preferred there would be no ice or cups provided. Refrigeration would be required by host. If it is a buffet where staffing will stay and set and up and clean up, drinks will be in clear dispensers with cups and ice provided. Dessert: Each Lunch is specified by the dessert that pertains to it. Boxed lunches will receive cookies. Buffets may choose between cobbler, cookies, cake, brownies.
