March 2015 I believe Winter is finally over and I am quite happy about it! We are finally seeing some warmer temperatures and the snow has melted away. For me this means a start to the Spring market in real estate. The prediction is still that interest rates will rise this year with current headlines indicating this may happen as soon as June. There is also still a low inventory which makes this the perfect time to sell your home. Buyers are waiting for the perfect home to come on the market and they are determined to lock in their interest rate before rates go up.
