    On 25 January 2015, WHOs Executive Board convened in a

    Special Session to consider the Ebola outbreak and WHOs

    capacity to respond to emergencies with health consequences

    The Board adopted resolution EBSS3.R1 Ebola: ending the

    current outbreak, strengthening global preparedness and

    ensuring WHOs capacity to prepare for and respond to future

    large-scale outbreaks and emergencies with health

    consequences
