Denformed pipes manufactured based on the standard EN 13476-3 and ISO 9969.These pipes are used for underground canalization for sewage and atmospheric and might be assembled up to 8m of depth underground.

MONTIMI I TUBAVE TË KORRIGUAR1. Udhëzimi për mos dëmtimin e tubave.Për të siguruar që produktet e dorëzuara, tubat të mos dëmtohen gjatë punimit në punishte apo magazionim ndiqni këto udhëzime të thjeshta: - Vendosni tubat në magazionim apo në vend punishte në një vend i cili është i rrafshtë. - Përdorni në anët e tubave siguresat nga druri për të siguruar mos shembjen e tubave. - Palosja e tubave të bëhet në atë formë që lartësia të mos jetë mbi 1.80m. - Gjatë palosjes duhet të keni kujdes që tubi të mos lëshohet mbi kokën e tubit (manikiot) me qëllim që të mos dëmtohet koka e tubit (manikiota). - Për të mos i dëmtuar tubat - nuk duhet të tërhiqen zvarrë.

2. Udhëzimet për montimin e tubave me gomina - Së pari të bëhet pastrimi i manikiotës (Foto.1) - Vënja e gominës (Foto.2) - Lyerja e manikiotës dhe gominës me vaj rrëshqitës (Foto. 3) - Lidhja në mes dy tubave (tuba 800 e më lartë ngrite me litar -Pas afrimit të tubit tek manikiota lejohen goditje të lehta mbrapa tubit me qëllim të montimit (Foto 4 dhe 5)


1. Guidelines for not damaging the pipes.To ensure the delivered products, the pipes shall not be damaged during the elaboration in the manufacture or the warehouse you most follow these simple instructions: - Place the pipe in the warehouse or in the manufacture in a plain stand. - Use in the side of the pipe the wooden fuse to be sure not to collapse the pipe. - The pipe fold shall be done not passing the height of 1.80m - During folding you most take care not to release the pipe on the collar so not to damage that. - The pipe shall note be dragged.

2. Guidelines for the assemblage of the pipes with rubber - First clean the collar (Pic.1) - Place the rubber (Pic.2) - Dye the collar and the rubber with oil (Pic.3) - The conjunction among two pipes (pipe 800 are raised by ropes - After the pipes are close to each other are allowed light hits so to assemble them. (Pic.4 and 5)

3. Informacioni i dhënë në këtë udhëzues për instalimin e tubave është paraparë si domosdoshmëri por nuk i shfuqizon kërkesat e specifikuara në planprojekt, në rast se është paraparë ndryshe. Pra kanali duhet te jetë i mjaftueshëm në mënyrë që të vendoset rëra kompakte rreth tubit. Rekomandimi i hapjes minimale të kanalit sipas tabelës së lartëshënuar, inxhinieri mund të dizajnojë

ndryshimin e gjerësisë së kanalit bazuar mbi kushtet e lokacionit të veçantë. Për instalimet e tubacioneve paralele, të lejohet hapësirë në mes të tubave. Për kompaktimin e duhur të tubave prej Ø 315 deri në Ø 630 është e nevojshme që largesia në mes të

tubave të jetë 300mm. Te tubat prej Ø 630 e më shumë është e paraparv 1/2 e diametrit të tubit. Hapësirat do të ndryshojnë varësisht prej qëllimit të përdorimit të këtyre tubave parallel. Të konstatohet përmbajtja e themelit (bazës), dhe nëse konstatoni që themeli (baza) e kanalit është e butë ose përmban materiale të tjera të paafta për të siguruar një stabilitet afatgjatë të tubave që

do të montohen, të veprohet si vijon:

- Kur konstatohet se themeli (baza) është e pa përshtatshme ose e butë, duhet të konsultoheni me inxhinierin për të ricaktuar shkallën e nevojshme të gërmimit.

- I gjithë themeli (baza) i papërshtatshëm do të gërmohet para se të vendoset tubi. - Nëse toka amtare (bazë) mund të zhytet për ndarje duhet të përdorim pëlhurë sintetike (gjeotekstilet) për të ndarë tokën

amtare nga rëra. - Në rastin kur inxhinierët konstatojnë se shkalla e papërshtatshmërisë së tokës bazë është e lartë atëherë duhet të konsultoheni

me projektuesin për devijimin e trasesë së kanalit.

The given information in this guideline of the installation is foreseen as a must but does not overcome the specified requests 0f the project if considered differently. The ditch shall be wide enough to place the compact grit around the pipe. Even with re

recommendation of the minimal ditch design a different width of the ditch based on the special location conditions. For the installation of parallel pipes, the space among the pipes for the correct compact grit is allowed. At the pipes of fi315 up to fi630 in

necessary that the distance between the pipes to be 300mm. At the pipes of fi630 and above the distance between the pipes foreseen to be half of the pipes diameter. The spaces will change according the considered soft or hasn’t materials to ensure the

long life stability of he pipes they can be assemblage as follows:

- If the base is not adequate or soft you have to consult the engineer on the scale of excavation. - All the inadequate bas shall be excavated before the pipe placement.

- If the base might plunge, for the separation you shall use synthetic fabric (geotextiles) to separate the base from the grit. - In the case when the engineer ascertains that the scale of inadequacy is very high, then you shall discuss with the project

designer to diverge the channel track.


VENDOSJA E TUBIT NE KANAL

Pas hapjes së kanalit për të qenë një zonë e sigurtë pune për të instaluar tub në kanale të thella apo në tokë që ka stabilitet të pamjaftueshëm gjithmonë ndiqni rregullat e OSHA (përdorimi i një kutie të çelur - kanali duhet të jetë i sigurtë në mënyrë që të mos rrezikohet punëtori). Gjatësia e kanalit kuti duhet të jetë e përshtatshme për gjatësinë e tubit. Gjatësia nominale e kutisë për tubin HDPE është 6m duhet të jetë dyfishi. Kutia duhet të jetë e vendosur në buzët e kanalit 600mm më larg thellësisë ku vendoset tubi dhe rëra që e rrethon tubin sipas parametrave të lejuar, tërheqja e kutisë të jetë e sigurtë se nuk e dëmton tubin e montuar apo bazamentin e vendosur me rërë rreth tubit.

- Tubi ulet në kanal me dorë, ose duke përdorur najlon - shiritin dhe pajisjet për gërmim.- Filloni duke inspektuar kokën (makiotën) dhe për të hequr çdo pengesë të jashtme po kështu izoloni pjesën e tubit që është e vendosur goma me qëllim që derisa të vendoset në kanal mos të ketë mundësi të bëhet i papastër.- Kur tubi është vendosur në kanal dhe është i gatshëm për montim shiqoni që pjesët që do të montohen të jenë të pastërta.- Duke përdorur leckë të pastër ose furçë, lyej me lubrifikant tubin në pjesët ku montohen tubat në mes vete, me qëllim që të jenë të pastërt - vendosni gomën në tub.

After opening the channel, to ensure the placement of the pipes in deep ditches or in bases with not enough stability is always necessary to follow the rules of OSHA during open channels. The channels shall always be safe so not to risk the life or other workers (look at pictuers). The length of the channel box shall be in accordance with the length of the pipe. The nominal length of the box for the pipe HDPE 6m shall be doubled. The box shall be placed at the edges of the channel 600mm beyond the deepness where the pipe and the grit will be placed according the necessary standards, the withdrawal of the pipe shall be done in safemanners so not to damage the assembled pipes or the base of grit around the pipe. The pipe shall land in the grit by hand or using nylon-the strap and excavation equipments.Start inspecting the collar and isolate part of the pipe where the rubber is placed up to when placed in the grit so note to befoul it.When the pipe is placed in the grit and is ready for assemblage look that the parts of the assemblage are clean.Using a clean fabric or brush, dye with lubricant the parts of the assemblage and place the rubber.


VENDOSJA E RËRËSMos lejoni që gjatë lubrifikimit tubi apo lecka me të cilën po lubrifikoni të prek rërën apo dheun pasi që mund të përzihet me lubrifikatin në tub dhe të jetë pengesë e montimit apo ta dëmtojë montimin profesional. Për montimin e tubave mund të përdoret një nga këto metoda, por rol ka edhe madhësia e tubit për të aplikuar metodat. (Për diametra të vegjël tubat mund të bashkohen me dorë). Metoda tjetër është duke vendosur në tub paisjen e nevojshme dhe me shtrëngesa të bëhet montimi i tubave. Për të siguruar se tubi është vendosur deri në vendin e duhur ju preferojmë të shënoni me ngjyrë apo diq tjetër thellësinë e tubit që do të vendoset në makioten (kokën) e tubit tjetër.Metoda tjetër është duke e vendosur një tub prej 500mm, dhe një dërrasë për tu siguruar se tubi që montohet nuk do të dëmtohet, pastaj me eskavator e shtyejmë tubin deri sa të shkojë në vendin e paraparë. Duhet të siguroheni në mbajtjen e nivelit të tubit, para se të filloni hudhjen e rërës duhet të provoni nëse tubi e ka mbajtur nivelin që është paraparë, pjerrtësinë e paraparë dhe që tubi të mos jetë i vendosur në cepin e kanalit, por në mesin e kanalit me tolerance të vogël. Pasi që tubi e ka mbajtur nivelin e paraparë fillon vendosja-hudhja e rërës, shih vizatimet teknike të përmasave që rëra duhet ta mbështjell tubin, përmasat që duhet të jetë e vendosur rëra mbi tub, rëra duhet të jetë e njëtrajtëshme dhe të bëhet presimi (shtypja) e rëres me qëllim që presioni ndaj tubit të jetë i njëtrajtshëm.

Do not allow that during lubrication the pipe or the fabric to touch the grit or soil since they can be mixed and not allow the assemblage. For the assemblage you shall use one of these methods, where the size of the pipe indicates the method,(For small diameters the pipes can be assembled by hand) Other method is placing a pipe in the necessary equipment and by tightening assembles the pipes. To ensure that the pipe is placed in the necessary place we would prefer to write with color or something else the deepness of the pipe to be placed in the collar of the other pipe.Other method consist in placing a pipe of 500mm,on a plank to ensure that the assembled pipe will not be damaged, and then with an excavator to push the pipe up. You must ensure to maintain the level of the pipes, before starting filling with grit, the foreseen slope and that the pipe is placed in the center of the channel and not in edge of course with small tolerances. After the pipe is placed in the foreseen level, starts the grit filling. Look at the pictures and the technical drawings of the sizes that the grit shall surround the pipe, the size of the grit on the pipe. The grit shall be homogenous and shall submit pressure, so that the pressure on the pipe to be homogenous-look at the picture.


TUBAT E KANALIZIMIT - SISTEMI " KRAH PIPE"Tuba të prodhuar sipas sitemit "Krah Pipe" kanë një përdorim të madh në profilet me dimensione të larta , e cila eliminon nga tregu tubat e prodhuara nga betoni duke lehtësuar punën, duke rritur kualitetin dhe jetëgjatesinë. Ky lloj tubi është nga gjenerata e re e cila është e prodhuar nga materiali HDPE por mbrenda kanaleve të tubit, është i futur edhe një tub nga materiali PP i cili krijon nje fortësi të lartë dhe të qëndrueshme për shtypje nga peshat e larta. Aplikimi: këta lloje të tubave përdoren për kanalizime, për ujerat atmosferike, për transportimimin e ujit për hidrocentrale, mund të përdoren në vend të urave, etj .

E rëndësishme është që lidhja mes tyre bëhet përmes saldimit elektrik, ku 100% e bën ndalimin e rrjedhjes së ujit .

Jetëgjatësia e këtyre tubave është mbi 50 vite .

Verejtje : Diametri i jashtëm – OD (mm) mund të ndryshon varësisht prej standartit që kërkohet - Sn4,Sn8, SN10, SN12 gjithashtu edhe pesha e tubit ndryshon .

SEWAGE PIPES - KRAH PIPE" SYSTEM Pipes produced by Krah pipe" system have an extensive use in higher dimensions profiles, which eleminets from the market, produced from the concrete pipes, facilitating work by incresing the quality and longevity . this kind of pipes it is from the new generation , which is produced from HDPE material but within the tube channel, it is also insert a tube from PP material which creates a high hardness and resistant to pressure from higher weights. Application : these types of pipes used for sanitation , atmospheric water, transport water for hidrocentral and can be used for the bridges etc.

The most important is the connection between them , can be through electric welding 100% and in this case the water can't go outside. longevity : of these pipes is over 50 years old

Notes: Outside Diameter – OD (mm) can be changed depends from standart that can be asked – Sn4 ,Sn8, SN10, SN12 also the tube’s weight change .


MONTIMI I GYPAVE SIPAS SISTEMIT TE KRAH PIPEProcedurë shtesë tek rasti krah pipe është montimi i telit i cili shërben për përcjelljen e nxehtësisë i cili montohet në fabrikën tone siç shihet në foton nr 1 .

Mounting of pipes by "Krah Pipe" System The opening of channel, the channel of compression and the other forms are the same as by the mounting of pipes corrugated on page 8 and 9 . Extra procedure in case of Krah Pipe system is mounting of wire, which served to bring the heat which is mounted in our factory as shown on picture 1 .

Mbas montimit të telit tubi transportohet deri në vend punishte, mënyra e transportit mund të bëhet me kamiona, ndërsa shkarkimi i saj bëhet me një litar në mes tubit ose edhe dy litarë anash varësisht prej profilit që është transportu ( shiko foton 2 dhe 3) .

After mounting the wire , pipes transported to the workplace, and the way of transporting can be by trucks , while the discharge of the pipes become with a rope between two rope of pipes or sideways , depending on the profile that is transported . ( look at the picture 2 and 3 )

Pasi të kryhet montimi i tubit në kanal atëherë bëhet saldimi i tubit (ngjitja) ku për këtë shërben teli i cili montohet në fabrikë me një instrument të veçantë përmes rrymës bëhet nxehja e telit i cili e shkrin plastikën dhe e bën si një trup i vetëm, momentin kur të ndodh ky proces atëherë më nuk ka mundësi të ketë asnjë rrjedhje të ujit dhe kjo është një përparësi e madhe për sistemin " KRAH PIPE " (shiko foton ).

After the mounting is done of pipe in the channel then we do the welding ( compression ) when for this served the wire which mounted happen in our factory with a special instrument through electric and becomes the heating of the wire and melt the plastic to be in one part. the moment when happen this process then does not have any change to have water leak and this is a big advanced for the " Krah Pipe" System .

After this part is done then it is available to cover the pipe by sand and the material that is inside the channel (look the picture 5)

TUBA TE KORRIGUAR NGA MATERIALI PP Kompania FERPLAST përpos tubave të korriguar që punohen me material HDPE tani që nga viti 2016 ka filluar punimin e tubave edhe me materialin PP. Me materialin PP tani FERPLAST-i i punon këto dimensione : a) OD 200 deri ne OD1000 dhe b) ID 200 deri ne ID 2000 .

Ferplast company apart corrugated pipes with HDPE material since 2016 started to produce pipes with PP material . With PP material now FERPLAST produce these dimensions : a) OD 200 to OD 1000 and b) ID 200 to ID 2000 .


TUBAT PER DRENAZHIM HDPE-LDPETubat për drenazhim montohen rreth objekteve, fushave sportive dhe vendeve të ndryshme. Këta tuba kanë për qëllim largimin e lagështisë nga objekti dhe vendet e caktuara. Kompania FERPLAST tubin për drenazhim e prodhon në atë formë ku 55% e tubit është e shpurar ndërsa 45% është e pa shpuar. Montimi i këtyre tubave duhet të bëhet në atë mënyrë që pjesa e shpuar të mbetet lartë dhe ajo e pa shpuar poshtë dhe duhet të mbulohet me rërë ku arsyeja e montimit të tillë është se : nga pjesa e shpuar lartë bie uji në pjesën e pa shpuar e cila pjesë shërben për largimin e ujit deri në vendin e caktuar. Kompania FERPLAST këtë tub e prodhon sipas standardit EN 13476-3 dhe ISO 9969.

The drainage pipes are assembled on the objects, sporting fields and other different places. These pipes have the aim to cast out the humidity from the objects in the designed places. The FERPLAST company produces the drainage pipe with 55% of it perforated and the remaining 45% not perforated. Their assemblage shall be done in such a way where the perforated part shall look above and the other side down and shall be covered by grit. Such an assemblage way is because the rain gets in the perforated part and the non perforated part drainages the waters. The FERPLAST company produces this pipe according the standard EN 13476-3 and ISO 9969

Gjatësia e tubave nga Ø 20-90 prodhohet në gjatësi 100m-500m në rollne ndërsa Ø110-Ø630 punohet në gjatësi 12m.Karakteristikë e këtyre tubave është se :

TUBA PËR UJËSJELLËS HDPE 100RCDuke marrë parasysh problemet gjatë montimeve-mos nivelizimin e tubave e mos izolimin e tyre me rërë zhvillimet e fundit të materialeve kanë konstatuar se materiali HDPE RC është një ndër materialet më të rezistueshme. Këta tuba kanë një kualitet të lartë dhe qëndrueshmeri deri në 100 vite janë më ekonomik sepse kanë një instalim të lehtë dhe të shpejtë. Dallojnë nga tubat HDPE 100 sepse përmbajnë një sasi të materialit RC i cili material është i pranishëm në tokë pa izolim rreth tubave me rërë, ky material është rezistent ndaj gurëve, xhamit apo mjeteve te ngjajshme nëntokësore, këta tuba e ngadalësojnë plasjen. Këta tuba pranë kompanisë Ferplast mund të prodhohen në tri forma varësisht prej kërkesës së klientëve: (shih vizatimet teknike). Materiali HDPE 100RC është i bazuar sipas rregullave teknike Gjermane PAS 1075-e cila vlen në shtetin Gjerman, ndërsa në shtetet e Europës përdoret Standarti EN 12201-2 e cila në vetë përmban rregullat teknike të PAS 1075. Testimi i ketyre tubave kryhet ne 8760 orë dhe mund të kryhet pranë Laboratorit të FERPLASTIT.

MULTISTRATE PIPES FOR WATER SUPPLYTaking into consideration the problems during the assemblage-the non leveling of the pipes their missing isolation with grit, the last developments on the materials noticed that the material HDPE RC is one of the most resisting. These pipes have a high quality and stability up to 100 years and are more economical because of easy and fast installation. They differ from the pipes HDPE 100 because they have RC material that is present in the soil without isolation around the grit pipes, and this material is resistant to stones,glass or other similar underground materials, these pipes decelerate amortization. These pipes in Ferplast might be produced in 3 forms according the clients requests: (look at the technical drawing)The material HDPE 100 RC is based according the German technical regulation PAS 1075- enforced in Germany.While in other European countries is used the Standard EN 12201-2 which withholds the technical regulations of PAS 1075. There pipes testing is done in 8760 hours next to the FERPLAST Lab.

Montimi i tyre është i lehtë dhe i shpejtë dhe njëherit e humb koston e montimit.

Mbas montimit të tubave nën tokë duhet të kryhet një test përfundimtar hidraulik i cili e teston ngjitjen ballore të tubit dhe njëherit e eleminon mundësinë e dëmtimit të tubit gjatë montimit. Ky test kryhet në një formë të shpejte mbrenda 24 oreve ku tubit i krijohet presion për 30% mbi standardin që është prodhuar, nëse mbrenda 24 orëve tubi e përballon këtë presion atëherë konstatohet se të gjitha lidhjet janë në rregull dhe nuk është dëmtuar gypi fizikisht atëherë lejohet për përdorim dhe jepet me garancion për 50 vite.

Tuba të brinjezuar elastik për transportimin e kabllove të ndryshme elektrike, mbrenda tubit është e vendosur fija plastike e cila për terheqjen e kabllove elektrike, paketimi i tyre është në formë të rrumbullakët (në rrollne) dhe kanë gjatësinë 50m. Montimi i tyre në tokë lejohet deri ne 1.5m thellësi dhe duke mbuluar 10mm në rërë. Këta tuba prodhohen me teknologjinë më të re italiane të cilat i përgjigjen standardit En 50086-2-4. Afati i qëndrushmerisë është 50 vite.

Ribbed elastic pipe for the transportation different electrical cables. Within the pipe is placed the plastic ribbon which serves for the withdrawof the electrical cables. Their packaging is in a round from and has a length of 50m. Their assemblage in the ground is allowed up to 1.5m deepand covered with 10mm grit. These pipes are produced with the new italian technology according the Standard EN 50086-2-4.

Tubat PP-H janë të prodhuar nga Polipropileni, Përdoren për kanalizim dhe kullim të ujërave të zeza në sistemin e mbrendshëm shtëpiak. Sistemi i tubave PP-H që prodhohen në kompaninë Ferplast janë bërë në bazë të standardit EN 1451-1. Prodhohen me dy shtresa ku shtresa e jashtme është ngjyrë hiri me një vijë të kaltër ndërsa shtresa e mbrendshme është e bardhë. Tubi ka edhe mbishrimin e prodhuesit FERPLAST.Për shkak se prodhohen me dy shtresa, keta tuba në një përqindje janë edhe pengues të zhurmës.

Tubat PP-H janë të përballueshem ndaj goditjeve fizike dhe për shkak të elasticitetit të tyre nuk dëmtohen lehtë.

Tubat PP-H janë rezistent ndaj shkarkimve të ujërave të nxehta deri në temperaturë 90 º C

The pipes PP-H are produced for polypropylene and used for canalization and drainage of sewage and internal household system. They have high quality do not harm the health of humans, are produced with the most modern technology and are assembled in the system of anti shrinkage and system control for each pipe Epi-Meter.The priorities of the PP-H system are: - Easy and fast installation - No need for special equipment - High resistance from mechanical damages - High resistance from chemicals - Resistance to hot water.

The PP-H system op pipes produced in FERPLAST according the standard EN 1451-1. They are produced in two layers, where the outer layer is gray with a blue line and the inner layer is white. Because of their 2 layers they are also a noise insulators .

PVC tubes are used in the indoor and outdoor sewerage systems, are destined for the drainage of all kinds of sewage, these pipes have excellent chemical resistance, are affordable fire and damages than the chemicals that shed in wastewater. Pipes are lightweight and connect between with collar mechanism system which is mounted on the tube and comprises rubber washer in itself that prevents the leakage of water.
