KASTOsort offers the possibility to palletize the complete variety of cut-off pieces of the KASTO sa-wing machine without additional operating effort – or to pass them to further processing systems.The experience gained from integrating 35 robot systems worldwide, the highly flexible program structure and the innovative gripper concept allow an endless variety of possibilities. No matter if flat material, discs or round bars shall be stacked, de-burred or marked: the system reacts intelligently to each new dimension, thanks to decentralized self-organized program logic and multi-stage gripper ex-change program.The pile pattern of cut-off pieces in the containers will be newly generated for any dimension and each container – and will be optimized. Each part which can be cut at the machine will be stacked without further programming efforts. The container in which the parts will be stacked is freely selectab-le.
