This wine and name the Kashmir is all about the owner of Caliza Vineyard, Carl Bowker. Joe felt this song, Kashmir, by Led Zepplin was a perfect fit for multiple reasons. First of all, this song is from the 70’s and Carl rocks the best mustache in town. Hands down. Getting more in depth, this song is about a determined and relentless journey and Carl is one of the most dedicated grape growers and winemakers that we know. He has a true vision and dedication for what he does and this wine displays that beautifully.
