Duringthe Ramadan, Convenor Kitchen has organized lavishmenu for Iftar and Sehr for you which the ManagingCommittee hopes you all will like.

In the month of July your Publication sub-committeehas organized Summer Camp for children betweenages 4-9 in collaboration with a Singapore basedcompany. These classes are paid classes and weunderstand that there is a lot for children to learn inthese sessions. I suggest all those who have children inthis age category should register.

Swimming PoolEnthusiasm is the word to use when it comes to the Veteransand Ladies Swimming Competitions at Karachi Club on Friday,6th May 2016, which come as are natural sequence toaccelerated coaching classes conducted a month earlier. Thisyear for a change, these competitions were held on the sameday in two different time slots. Men and Women swam in two

broad categories of beginners and regulars, which were furthersubdivided into 8 age wise groups. Making it into 32 age wisecategories, while the winners were decorated with medals,the highest medal takers in every age group were awardedthe titles of group champions. Group champs among ladieswere presented with suits through courtesy of AnushehLakhani Lawns and gift vouchers by WalkEaze. Men groupchamps were presented with cotton suits through courtesyof NIB Bank. The fun filled evening was attended by the familiesof participants and Managing Committee Members.

EntertainmentFaheem A Sakrani and his Entertainment sub-committeeorganized yet another night to remember. On Saturday 28th,May 2016, Veteran singer Mr. Zafar Ramay along with SaveraAli performed with members specially the senior membersenjoying and dancing. The evening as has become the hallmarkof Faheem Sakrani’s organizational skills was immaculate and

without any glitches. Members and their families remainedglued to their places until 3.00 am. President Karachi Club alsohad a small speech, appreciating Convenor MaintainceAshfaque Ghory and Jawed H. Karim, H. Secretary Karachi Clubfor their efforts in restoring the electricity at the club. He alsoappreciated Convenor Entertainment Faheem A Sakrani andhis team for such a wonderful program organized free of Costfor the member that night.

Abdullah Khan won the U-12 Championship beating hisbrother Ibrahim Khan in a close match.

Asad Ali Bhagat won the Over 35 Singles Championshipbeating Zulfiqar Khan of Creek Club in straight sets.Asad Ali Bhagat together with Kaleem Ghanchi won theMen's Double Championship beating youngsters IbrahimIlltifat and Nofil Ahmad in straight sets.

Altaf Hussain and Humayun Ayub won the Over 55 DoublesChampionship beating Zafar & Karim in a close final.

In all, Karachi Club players managed to bag 4 ChampionshipTrophies.

Karachi Club Health and Fitness Committee once againcame up with another great event on skin careby Dr. Umbreen Ashraf Shaikh on June 3rd 2016 .

The members got complete information from skincare to skin repair and skin treatment for the upcomingsummers and Ramadan. It was definitely a muchneeded seminar which added a lot to the membersknowledge.

1. The arrangement would be restrictedto the Life, Permanent and Temporarymembers of KC on payment ofRs. 12,000/- as yearly subscription inadvance. Guests of KC members mayaccompany them subject to rules ofthe host Club (ASCCL) and priorpermission from their administration.

2. KC members would be allowed to useentire facilities of ASCCL includingdining, sporting, residential andentertainment programs at the samerat es as e xt ended t o ASCCLmembers; except the use of golfcourse, which shall be governed byASCCL rules.

3. Guests of KC members are onlyallowed to use the dining facility atASCCL and strictly prohibited to useany other facility.

4. All settlements of dining, catering,entertainment programs and other

facilities to KC members would besettled by way Cash, Cash Couponsor through Credit Card (Master/Visa)and no credit billing facility would beextended to KC members.
