Description (old school)

A beach front private pool villa on Phukets west coast, Kalim Phuket.

The villa is one Phukets rare direct beach front villas enjoying sunsets and proximity

to Phukets most sought after hot spots.

The private pool overlooks the beautiful Patong Bay and jungle mountains.

This villa is completely free standing and self-contained and as described below

shares no facility with next door Blue Villa (unless of course you choose to rent both

villas)

The villa is built on two levels, with virtually every room having the privilege of sea

views.

The fully equipped kitchen, and breakfast bar are open to the living area with TV and

work desk.

The indoor dining is beside the living room and has large glass folding doors opening

onto the sun terrace and swimming pool.

The sun terrace also has an outdoor dining table.

The indoor dining table normally configured for 8 people has been designed to

expand and host up to 14 people when operating/rented together with the next door

Blue Villa.

But please rest assured that this villa is built to be private yet easily accessible to the

neighboring optional villa.

A complimentary private chef is available to prepare all meals in the villa.

Or else there are many restaurants within walking distance or else available for

delivery.

Also included is a full time maid who will clean the villa from top to bottom on a

daily basis.

Behind the dining area is the main floor bedroom with king size bed, a vanity, ample

closet space, and a separate bathroom with shower.

This bedroom has two ways of being accessed, large sliding doors open onto the

living room thereby giving the bedroom ocean front views or else when these doors

remained closed, the room can be privately entered from a door located closer to the

entrance of the villa.

The two other bedrooms are located on the second level, to the right is the largest of

the three bedrooms.

This room has a king size bed, television, vanity, one person sofa set, private terrace

with two chairs and table overlooking the beach and private pool and an en suite

bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower.

The third bedroom has twin beds which are designed to easily convert into a king

size bedroom (if required), and there is ample closet space like the other bedrooms, a

television and an en suite bathroom with shower.

This bedroom has beach/sea views as well.

The private salt water pool has a statues of the Naka dragons with waterfall features

and a seating area built into the pool.

The views are gorgeous while swimming and laying around the pool.

Just utterly gorgeous.

The sun filled terrace also has some natural tree formed shaded areas which are just

right for cooling off.

Phukets best sunsets can be seen from this special location.

Villa Policy: No stress with us to book flights: Important, for booking minimum 05 nights: If you need or wish an earlier check-in (after 08:00 am) or/and late check-out (before 22:00 pm), our policy is to offer these without extra cost, we just need to know in advance for manage our rental calendar and obviously when it is possible. Usual Check In time 14.00 (this is flexible dependent on previous guest check out time) Usual Check Out Time: 12 noon (this is flexible dependent on next guest check in time) Inside the Villa is strictly non-smoking but Guests will find ashtrays to smoking outside No pets are allowed in the Villa (or on special request depending the pet) Booking deposit is minimum 30% to secure reservation Balance payment: Paid a minimum 30 days before arrival. Security deposit from 1 000 to 3 000 $ us depending the booking specificities (or equivalent in other currency) due on check in date cash or at the same time as balance payment and returned on check out date. Guests must respect the staff and the villa, in case of unacceptable behavior the guests will be asked to leave without compensation Cancellation Policy: Deposit payment and balance payment are non-refundable unless another booking can be confirmed on the same dates for the same rates. Guests keep the amount paid as credit during one year with the possibility to schedule another stay. Guests are required to send a detailed email with their reason for cancellation as soon as possible. It is highly recommended that guests purchase an insurance policy.
