Our Philosophy is wedding photography should fun and relaxed while capturing all the wonderful moments on your perfect day. That’s why we have two photographers to cover your day!

We are romantics at heart so you may catch us wiping away a stray tear with you during the ceremony or speeches.

PORTRAIT SESSION
Is a great time after the family shots to have some quite time with each other, breathe and relax before continuing on with your celebrations.
We recommend a minimum of 40 minutes if having portraits locally. If you would like at least two locations that require travelling we suggest at least 1.5 hour is set aside that takes into account travel time.
Having a member of the wedding party organise drinks (water, wine whatever takes your fancy and light refreshments) is a great idea too.
It is a wonderful time to recoup, enjoy each other and create some beautiful portraits of the two of you together. You will get between 10-15 simple and relaxed images from the portrait session. We will create a fun and relaxed atmosphere for you both and have a giggle!
FAMILY PHOTOS
We will take a small number of family group photos on your day.
Your family photos are important. We recommend you set aside at least 20 minutes after the ceremony to capture up to 8-10 family/friend groupings. We will give you some tips on how to best organise this so it runs smoothly and not take up too much time away from enjoying your guests.

You can peek at it before it goes to print and have some input on any images you would like to change. The albums are of a high quality and come with image covers. They include up to 60 pages. You can also get a mini album that is a duplicate of your main album. They make fabulous gifts for parents, grandparents and friends. Or why not get a small album of your couple shoot?

Here’s a simple schedule for you to tweak and make your own.
Getting Ready 1.5 - 3 hoursYour photographer can capture the details and giggles as you get ready for your big day. Take
into account possible travel time to hairdressers for make-up etc.
The Ceremony 30-40 minutesBest to talk to your wedding officiate to get the best idea of time. This varies greatly depending on
your individual plan for your ceremony.
Group portraits 15-20 MinutesYour family photos are important. We recommend you set aside at least 20 minutes after the cer-

The Farewell 15 minutesHave you got something special to make a memorable exit? Maybe balloons or sparklers, a
farewell circle?

What are the benefits of a Couple Session?
We love to get to know you before we cover your big day and a couple session is a great opportunity for that. You get to experience what it is like in front of the camera, have a giggle and get some beautiful images.
Get to know Tracy or Katrina.
You can use the images for a wedding guest book, save the date cards or thank you cards.
How does payment work?
One third is due as the retainer to lock in your wedding date. The next third is due 3 months before your wedding and the last payment 2 weeks before.
Our preferred method is direct debit (bank transfer).
