JANUARY 30, 1989I was born. My parents are Barbara Perez and Roque Rosario. I am the youngest

of 4. My two older sisters, Venessa and Joshlyn are teachers, and my only brother is in the Air Force and is currently stationed in Oklahoma.

ELEMENTARY SCHOOLAUG. 1993 – JUNE 1997I attended Head Start through 2nd grade at Finegayan Elementary School. My mom was a parent volunteer and followed me to school everyday. I loved it!

ELEMENTARY SCHOOLAUG. 1997 – JUNE 1999

I attended 3rd – 5th grade at AsTumbo Elementary School. The school was finally built in 1997 and because of redistricting, I had moved to this school.

MIDDLE SCHOOLAUG. 2000 – JUNE 2003I attended 6 th, 7th, and 8th grade at Benavente Middle School. Middle school is where I found my love for softball. The kids in my neighborhood played every

weekend, and now it is a family sport.

HIGH SCHOOLAUG. 2004 – JUNE 2007

I attended John F. Kennedy High School for 9 th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grade.

HIGH SCHOOLJANUARY 2006

I met my husband. We were classmates in Mr. Shelton’s American Government class. He was the quarter back on the football team, and I was the average

nerd. It was love at first debate.

HIGH SCHOOLMAY 2006

I attended my senior prom with my husband.

JUNE 2007I graduated from

John F. Kennedy High School,along with my husband.

AUGUST 2007My husband enlisted in the

Guam Army National Guard and left for Basic Training

at Fort Benning, GA.

AUG. 2007 – DEC. 2011I attended the University of Guam,

pursing a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.

AUG. 2011 – DEC. 2011I student taught at

Finegayan Elementary School in a 2nd grade class.

My master teacher’s name was Mrs. Grace Diego.

DECEMBER 2011I graduated from the University of Guam with a Bachelors in Elementary Education.

JAN. 2012 – JUNE 2012I began working for Guam Department of Education at

Juan M. Guerrero Elementary School as a 3 rd grade teacher.

AUG. 2012 – JUNE 2013I taught Kindergarten at Juan M. Guerrero Elementary School. This was my first

year teaching Kindergarten. Let’s just say I was more terrified than the students, but I survived. Now, I wouldn’t trade those little angels for anything.

JANUARY 6, 2013I married my high school sweetheart of 7 years. We got married at Two Lover’s Point, surrounded by family and friends. It was a beautiful moment that will be

forever cherished.

MAR. 2013 - PRESENTMy husband is apart of the brave 600 soldiers that deployed to Afghanistan. Thanks to technology, we are able to keep in contact daily. He left in March

JUNE 2013 – TO PRESENTI am currently attending the University of Guam, pursuing a Masters

degree in Reading under the supervision of Dr. Stoicovy. The photo below is from a group (last semester) presentation

at the Language Arts Conference.

AUG. 2013 – TO PRESENTI am currently teaching Kindergarten at Juan M. Guerrero Elementary

School. This is my second year teaching Kindergarten and I love it!
