A standard range of pythons is available to meet the requirements of brewers and soft drink companies. Supplied in standard 50m/100m coils; cut to length or drums on request.

BevEx Energy Plus pythons are designed to offer improved energy efficiency which achieves savings in energy consumption and reduced heat gain on the dispense system. Surface smoothness is measured by Ra value which is the Roughness average of a measured surface.A Talysurf CL1 2000 fitted with an Inductive Gauge Probe was used to perform the Ra measurements at four different positions around the inner surfaces.

Practical and easy to install

When installing pythons, they should be run as low down as possible in the building structure, where ambient temperatures are cooler.

Try to avoid dips or low points in your python. Where it is not possible to run pythons in ducts, use python support brackets no more than 500mm apart.

Always use the BevEx proprietary brand bracket; never use cable ties, which tend to reduce the wall thickness of the python.

Do not compress the foam wall thickness: minimise compression - maximise performance.

SEALANTS

The Sealant range is comprised of Acrylic and Silicon Sealants to provide the installer the best products for every application. K-FLEX® sealants have been tested according to both EN1366-4 to be used on both services penetrations and linear gaps. K-FLEX® Sealants can be used as an individual solution for a wide range of applications or combined with other products, within the K-FLEX® K-FIRE range, to improve the performance of the installation. These combinations can reduce cold smoke passage in the early stages of a fire and increase sound insulation performance.

This passive fire protection product is specifically designed and tested to work when installed around a BevEx Drinks Python. This device comprises a stainless steel collar with an intumescent liner which, when exposed to fire conditions, expands to fill the opening left should the python burn away, thereby maintaining the fire integrity and insulation performance of the floor or wall.
