PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS

HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALSWARNING

BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT, READ ALL PRECAUTIONS, DIRECTIONS FOR USE, CONDITIONS OF SALE – LIMITEDWARRANTY AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND REMEDIES.

May be harmful if swallowed. May be harmful in contact with skin. Causes serious eye irritation. Causes mild skin irritation. May beharmful if inhaled. Keep product locked up and out of the reach of children. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling andbefore eating, drinking, chewing gum or smoking tobacco. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Do not take inter-nally. Avoid contact with or inhalation of spray application mist if present. Do not apply this product in such a manner as to directlyexpose workers or other persons. If product is being mixed with pesticides and/or spray adjuvants, follow all precautionary statementson the accompanying product(s) labeling. Not for human or animal consumption.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE): Wear chemical-resistant gloves, long-sleeved shirt and long pants, shoes plussocks when mixing or applying JUSTIFIED®.

JUSTIFIED® is an effective and easy to use spray drift reduction and deposition aid. When used at recommended rates, JUSTIFIED®will reduce the formation of driftable fines, spray mixture evaporation, and spray droplet bounce while minimizing the generation offoam. JUSTIFIED® is compatible with most water soluble, emulsifiable, and wettable powder pesticides, desiccants, defoliants, plantgrowth regulators, and fertilizer products when used at recommended rates. To assure compatibility, directions for preparing sprayapplication mixtures must be followed.

DIRECTIONS FOR USEFOR USE WITH PRODUCTS REGISTERED FOR: AGRICULTURAL, FORESTRY, INDUSTRIAL, MUNICIPAL, NON-CROP-LAND, ORNAMENTAL, RIGHTS-OF-WAY, AND TURF.

NOT FOR AQUATIC USE.

The addition of an adjuvant to some pesticides or pesticide tank mix combinations may cause phytotoxicity to the foliage and/or fruitof susceptible crops. Prior to the addition of JUSTIFIED® to spray tank mixes or prior to the use of JUSTIFIED® with a pesticide orfertilizer, the user or application advisor must have experience with the combination or must have conducted a phytotoxicity trial.

• Take off contaminated clothing.• Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes.• Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice if irritation persists.

NOTE: Do not apply this product in such a manner as to directly or through drift expose workers or other persons. Do not spray pes-ticides if conditions of thermal inversion exist, or if wind direction and speed may cause drift onto adjacent areas. Drift minimizationis the responsibility of the applicator. Consult your local and state agricultural authorities for information regarding avoiding or mini-mizing spray drift. Applicators must follow pesticide label and/or local regulatory authority requirements and recommendations forminimizing spray application drift when using JUSTIFIED®.

CAUTION: Do not mix with oxidizing agents unless oxidizing agents are in solution.

MIXINGPrior to any pesticide application all spray mixing and application equipment must be cleaned. Carefully observe all cleaning direc-tions on the pesticide(s) label(s).

REFILLABLE CONTAINER:Refill this container with adjuvants only. Do not reuse this container for any other purpose. Cleaning the container before final dis-posal is the responsibility of the person disposing of the container. Cleaning before refilling is the responsibility of the refiller. Toclean the container before final disposal, empty the remaining contents from the container into application equipment or mix tank.Fill the container about 10 percent full with water. Agitate vigorously or recirculate water with the pump for 2 minutes. Pour orpump rinsate into application equipment or rinsate collection system. Repeat this rinsing procedure two more times.
