WHAT WE DO

1 TORCH ON WATERPROOFING .

Torch-on membrane has been one of the most successful waterproofing products for the protection of flat roofs,

balconies and even subterranean walls.

It has been used in South Africa for the past 30-40 years and comes in various thicknesses and finishes. However,

what is important is the quality of product. Our climatic conditions are almost unique with extreme Ultra Violet attack

coupled with temperature variations ranging from -15ºC to 50ºC. For this reason it is vital that the membranes used

are Atactic-Polypropylene (APP) Modified Bituminous Membrane which have been thoroughly tested by a reputable

industry body, such as the European Board of Agréments, with a proven track record in this country.

We use products supplied by Vetroasfalto, an Italian manufacturer, whose products have been used in this country

over several decades.we also use products from peekay and stoncor

The range of products includes:

Viapol Systema 4mm APP Plain finish

Viapol Systema 3mm APP Plain finish

Procedure

On a new roof we prime the surface with bitumen primer ,

Torch on the surface ( using gas fusion and 4mm viapol )

Torch on waterproofing have to be coated with aluminium paint to protect it from the sun

We also offer 7 year gurantee on our materials and workmanship

2 DAMPROOFING TREATMENT RISING DAMP

Removing all damp damaged plaster to the bricks From concrete level up to 1.2m above the ground level Drilling 12mm diameter holes at 100mm intervals Injecting dryzone cream into all holes Waterproofing all the bricks with latex seal slurry with bonded aid Replastering with plaster (ppc) mixed with renderguard Priming the mansory sufurce with plaster primer

We also restore minor damp problems with damp shield , hypercrete
