OK 53.16 is a double-coated electrode combining the running characteristics of a rutile electrode with the mechanical properties of a basic electrode. ESAB’s OK 53.16 welds on both AC and DC and the spatter loss is minimal.

The CR-13 electrode is a high titania type electrode, whose usability is excellent in all position welding. The CR-13 is especially suitable for welding of light structural steels because arc stability, slag removal and bead appearance are good and its penetration is shallow.

Ferrocraft 61 is a smooth running, user friendly hydrogen controlled electrode. It is specifically designed for all positional (especially vertical-up) fillet and butt welding applications on heavier steel sections under high restraint.

BW-71T-1 is a titania type flux cored wire and designed for all-position welding by single pass & multi pass with CO2 & mixed gas shielding. It is suited to Butt and fillet welding of mild steel & 490N/mm2 high tensile strength steels of structures such as ships, bridges, buildings, storage tanks etc.

Verti-Cor 3XP is a Grade 3 microalloyed Rutile type flux cored wire designed for downhand, vertical-up and overhead fillet and butt welding applications and is suitable for welding a wide range of mild and medium strength steels.

Dual Shield 7100 Ultra operates in a wider parameter range and generates less welding fumes than many similar welding wires. The low spatter levels and easy slag removal minimizes post weld cleanup. Applications include railcar and earth moving equipment, as well as general structural steel fabrication.
