General Rules
Each player is dealt 10 cards.The remaining cards are placed in the middle for
a card pool from which each player will draw cards as they try to make each required phase.
After making a play, the player must discard one card before play moves to their left.
Play continues until one player completes the requirements for a phase and declares they are out.
The game continues until all phases are complete.

Skip cards can be used to skip the turn of the player to your left. Skip cards cannot be picked up and reused from the discard pile.
Wild cards may be substituted for any other card that the player needs. Wild cards can only be used as ONE card.
