- Read through all of the instructions before beginning.- All of the seam allowances are 1/4” unless otherwise noted.- Press seam allowances open unless otherwise noted. - Width of fabric (WOF) is equal to at least 44” wide.- Right sides together has been abbreviated to RST.- Remember to measure twice and cut once!

From Fabric A, cut:five 2-1/2” x WOF strips. Subcut: ten 2-1/2” x 10-1/2” rectangles sixteen 2-1/2” x 6-1/2” rectangles eleven 2-1/2” squares

From Fabric O, cut:three 2-1/2” x WOF strips. Subcut: two 2-1/2” x 10-1/2” rectangles ten 2-1/2” x 6-1/2” rectangles nine 2-1/2” squares

From Fabric P, cut:four 2-1/2” x WOF strips. Subcut: six 2-1/2” x 10-1/2” rectangles eight 2-1/2” x 6-1/2” rectangles five 2-1/2” squares

From the Binding Fabric, cut:eight 2-1/2” x WOF strips

For quick piecing, organize the cut pieces by block. Fabric 1 will be the fabric used for the outermost ‘ring’ and the center. Fabric 2 will be used for the middle ‘ring.’ In each stack, place: one 2-1/2” square from Fabric 1 two 2-1/2” x 6-1/2” rectangles from Fabric 1 two 2-1/2” x 10-1/2” rectangles from Fabric 1 two 2-1/2” squares from Fabric 2 two 2-1/2” x 6-1/2” rectangles from Fabric 2

Note: For all steps, press the seams away from the center of the block.

Organize the Fabrics

Assemble the Blocks

Step 1: Gather the pieces in the stack for Block 1:one 2-1/2” square from Fabric Atwo 2-1/2” x 6-1/2” rectangles from Fabric Atwo 2-1/2” x 10-1/2” rectangles from Fabric Atwo 2-1/2” squares from Fabric Btwo 2-1/2” x 6-1/2” rectangles from Fabric B

Step 2: Sew the Fabric B squares to opposite edges of the Fabric A square. Press.

Step 3: Sew the Fabric B rectangles to the top and bottom edges of the unit. Press.

Step 4: Sew the 6-1/2” Fabric A rectangles to the left and right edges of the unit. Press.

The completed Block 1 will measure 10-1/2” square.

Step 6: Repeat Steps 1-5 to make all forty-eight blocks, referencing the Quilt Assembly Diagram for fabric placement.

Step 7: Arrange the blocks into eight rows of six blocks. Note the fabric placement and block orientation in the Quilt Assembly Diagram.

Step 8: Sew the blocks together to form rows. Press the rows to the left in the odd numbered rows and to the right in the even numbered rows.

Step 9: Sew the rows together to form the quilt center. Press the row seams open.

Your quilt top is complete! Baste, quilt, bind and enjoy!
