For all those who know and treasure a special thing when they see it, we build this model series to be always in line with the latest technology. The TI series offers the only portable compressors in this class that are optionally equipped with professional integrated air quality monitoring for CO, CO2, O2, NO, SO2, water and oil with aerosols (not just VOCs). Thanks to their compact design and seawater-proof aluminium frame, they can be used in a variety of ways, for example on yachts or expeditions, or for permanent installation in an ambulance.

The extremely compact compressors, with the smallest dimensions in this performance class and in a stain-less steel frame, deliver the purest breathing air and other gases. They can optionally be equipped with a triple-S (smooth start system), especially for operation on generators. Of course, they are equipped as standard with automatic ultimate pressure shutdown, automatic condensate drainage and many other features. In places where little is space available, such as on vehicles, yachts or safari boats, but high per-formance and robustness are required, the TMI series compressors are ideal. They are made entirely of stainless steel and aluminium, are additionally powder-coated and, therefore, withstand the toughest of environmental conditions

This professional model is reliable, powerful and user-friendly. A sophisticated and efficient airflow sys-tem and fan technology cool the compressor in its frame – which is made entirely of stainless steel and is also powder-coated – and do this so well, that it can easily be operated at ambient temperatures up to +50°C. This makes it ideally suited for use on shiHP and diving centres right by the sea. Because we believe that with a professional model in this class this is something you should easily be able to expect, we equip the TSV with many convenient and, above all, safety-relevant features as standard, including HMI-TCC-CONTROL – currently the most modern computer-based system controller on Android, which monitors everything fully automatically and supports the equipment with every conceivable feature, such as our AIRSAVE ULTIMATE air quality monitoring, for example.

A first: FILL-CONTROL from IDE-Compressors Manufaktur is a new, fully automatic safety filling system controller. The new Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health has been in force since June 2015. This places many new and strict requirements on operators of breathing air filling systems and on the filling staff. Above all, there are new regulations concerning the collection of various data before filling. The FILL-CONTROL ensures that this happens fully automatically and that the operator and filling staff do not expose themselves to liability risk. All relevant data is recorded automatically, and the breathing air devices can only be filled once all this data has been recorded. Pre-filled breathing apparatus can be subsequently topped up in the specified permitted range using the FILL-Control. It is not possible for the breathing apparatus to overheat during the filling process, because the temperature during the filling pro-cess is constantly monitored by highly precise temperature sensors, which thus controls the filling speed.

In collaboration with the IDE filling ramHP and/or the new minimised-handling FILL-SAFE safety filling box, IDE offers maximum safety. Total minimisation of liability risks is guaranteed due to the additional deployment of IDE AIRSAVE ULTIMATE air quality monitoring.

Most operators are satisfied with determining the content of pollutants and measuring the saturation of the dryer cartridges once or several times a year, using detector tube indicators.

However, if you read the standard and various international standards carefully, this method is not suffi-cient. Euronorm 12021-2014 is absolutely mandatory, and every operator of a filling station must ensure that the breathing air permanently meets the values specified in the standard.

Every two seconds, using the highest quality sensors, which are manufactured in Germany, the online monitoring system checks the content of CO, CO2, O2, NO, SO2, water and oil with aerosols (not just VOCs) in the compressed air following filtration, as well as the saturation of the dryer cartridge, and on top that, as an option, if the customer desires, the CO2 in the intake tract of the air to be compressed.

Only by using such a system can one truly ensure that the filling system always delivers pure breathing air in accordance with DIN EN 12021:2014 and other standards, and that the operator is never exposed to a liability risk.

Highly modern, unparalleled, state-of-the-art CAN bus compressor and filling system controller, which helHP to save energy and thus contribute to environmental protection. A highly sensitive, scratch-re-sistant, resistive GFG 7“ GORILLA glass touchscreen with intuitive operation.

In order to optimise operational safety, comfort, fault monitoring and the quality of the air, we developed a new compressor controller for stationary systems. The controller‘s HMI control unit has a 7“ multi-colour touchscreen. Several USB connections, a Wi-Fi connection for loading software updates and readouts and visualisation, and a further interface for a CAN bus for connecting a remote control module, ICA systems and other extensions. This interface can be used, for example, to fit an external filling panel with the same features and options.
