Junk food is a term of food containing high levels of calories from sugar or fat with little protein and vitamins.

According to Gulf News it is shown eating habits of different groups and as a result 72 % of these groups eat fast food at least once in a week

Studies about Junk FoodsAccording to the Study it is shows that 60% of

peoples are having diabetes and obesity problems.

Studies in rat population shows that when they

overeat these junk foods they refused to eat

healthier foods.

Junk foods are 3 time more harmful then drugs.

Side Effect of Sugar?

Regular use of sugar can overload your liver.

Sugar can cause diabetes and metabolic problems.

Fat is increase due to sugar.Sugar can damage your heart.Sugar and alcohol have same effects on our body.Regular use of Sugar can increase blood pressure.

Why Junk Food Is So Attractive?Junk food attraction is so high because of

its simplicity.

They are easy to prepare and are very

tasty.

Junk foods such as potato wafers do not

even need cooking or heating.

you are in a hurry eating

Billion bags of Cheetos per year. It is an altogether different story that junk food advertising has a major role in this .

Chocolates like Kitkat and Dairy Milk gives the lusty factor in advertisement which is the key to Attraction.

Food Companies try not to show the

nutrition Table specially sugar in order to

keep the profits coming.

They in fact not give the complete

information of amount energy a person

consuming

Sugars are not labeled specially in bars and

chocolates.

Lack of energy:

This is known as a short-term adverse

effect resulting from eating junk foods.

As junk foods don't provide you with

essential nutrients, even though they can

be very much sufficing, you feel weakened. Consuming deficient nutrients could be as a supplement.

Poor concentration:

These are traced to affect in immediate and medium

term periods.

When you have a sumptuous junk meal rich in oil you

feel drowsy and fail to concentrate.

Over sustained periods of junk food eating, blood

circulation drops due to fat accumulation.
