Ingredients:

2 T. Olive oil

1/2 tsp. Salt, divided

1/2 tsp. Pepper

2 Red Bell Peppers

2 Cloves Garlic, thinly sliced

Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

Savory Great Harvest Bread or Whole Grain GH Bread

Directions

Grill chicken breasts. While chicken is grilling, brush olive oil

onto thick slices of Sundried Tomato Spinach, Tuscan Herb,

Whole Wheat, or any favorite savory Great Harvest bread. Plac

slices, oil side down, on grill. Add Bell Pepper Spread to slices.

Top with grilled chicken breast and a sprinkle of parmesan

cheese.

Bell Pepper SpreadHeat 2 T. olive oil in skillet. Add bell peppers, garlic & 1/4 tsp. o

the salt. Saut, covered, until tender (about 10 minutes.)

Remove from skillet and add another 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/2 tsp.

pepper. Makes 3/4 cup spread.
