• I understand that excursions requiring travel will be provided by the Good News Lutheran School Bus. The Bus is fitted with restraints (seat belts). Staff attending excursions are: Emmanuel / Rachel / Holly / Kerry / Tara / Ryan / Colette / Thelma / Jacob / Sandra / Damaris / Joseph / Harry / Karuna - attending staff is in accordance to 1 Educator per 8 Students. All excursion permission forms must be filled on the day of the excursion.

• I understand that excursion pocket money is optional (max $15) and parents must place the money in an envelope labeled with name and amount. The envelope will need to be placed in the marked location next to the sign in sheet.

• I agree to the terms and conditions of the booking form and am aware of the activities based on the program.

• Electronic equipment (iPads, iPods, etc.) are the responsibility of the individual child. GNOSHC takes no responsibility for lost items. NO GNLS iPADS PLEASE. We limit electronic time to 30 minutes two to three times per day.

• Morning tea and afternoon tea is provided everyday. All children require a healthy lunch, hat, sunscreen, Sun shirt for swimming and closed-in shoes. Please clearly label all items.

• OSHC Vacation Care / PFD is a NUT AND EGG FREE zone. Please do NOT pack any products that contain nuts (i.e. trail mix, Nutella, peanut butter).

• Bookings are capped to 40 children per day, so a place is not guaranteed. We will contact you if your booking cannot be accepted.
