Artspire Kick-off Celebration Artspire kicks off with a Pow Wow featuring Ho Chunk singers and dancers presenting an original and interactive Woodland-style dance, followed by a musical performance by La Crosse natives Shoeless Revolution. Attendees may bring lawn chairs and blankets. Glow sticks, balloons and beach balls are also encouraged.
