Steel DoorsetsFast Track

Our Fast Track Service simplifies doorset specification and speeds up delivery. By choosing from a pre-selected range of options this modular ordering system allows us to shorten the delivery time of our Martin Roberts Contract Series Steel Doorset and guarantees a high performance product at a competitive price. The service is targeted at customers who require fast turnaround, without compromising quality. Where lead times are critical, virtually any combination of doorset and pre-selected hardware set can normally be supplied and delivered on-site within 3 - 4 weeks of an order being placed. An extensive selection of quality steel doorsets is available to suit general purpose, fire, acoustic and thermal applications.

Ordering is made simple by faxing your requirements via the quotation request form to our dedicated Fast Track team on 01705 422463. We aim to provide a quotation within 24 hours.

The details provided on the following pages can be used as a simple menu from which you can select the options you require, from the structural opening size to the seals, louvre, vision panels and colours.

To further simplify the specification process we offer a large number of pre-defined hardware sets to suit single or double fire resisting or non-fire doors. In all cases, we will supply the full hardware requirement for each doorset, including signage, to meet its application.

Contract Series Steel Doorsets have been fire tested and certified by Bodycote Warringtonfire and acoustically tested at Salford University. Strength and durability testing was conducted at Chiltern Dynamics.

Our CSCS-Registered and Firas trained Site Managers have over 50 years' combined experience and are happy to provide a professional site survey, if required. We can also offer a full installation service.

Hardware Sets

Doors: • All door leaves are 50mm thick.

• Manufactured from 1.2mm thick zinc coated mild steel.

• True vertical lock seam joints.

• Top and bottom rails spot welded in position.

• Prepared for flush fitting hardware and suitably reinforced for surface mounted hardware supplied by Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies.

Frames: • Formed to standard profiles (see Step 5 overleaf).

• Manufactured from 1.6mm thick zinc coated mild steel.

• Supplied in knock-down form for ease of site assembly.

• Technical Data Sheets available on request.

Each item in the range is selected to satisfy the door sizes, weights and performance required. In all cases, we will supply the full hardware requirement for the door, pre-fixed in most cases, including the signs and symbols associated with the door and its application.
